We got the latest from Brexit and the effects on Ireland from journalist Niall O Connor and Fianna Fail TD Pat Casey. We were joined by nutritionist Ruth Martin who gave her top tips for weightloss and also talked about her Miss Fit Skinny Tea.

we were joined in studio by Broadcasters and journalists Barbara Scully and Rebecca Horan to discuss Brexit, and we heard from journalist Richard Chambers also joined us from the UK to speak about the fallout from Brexit. We also got some Summer wine recommendations from Harshal Shah of Supervalu.

We heard about Rory’s decision not to go to Rio from our News editor Gareth Farrell and we asked Pat Devlin his take on tonights match. We were joined in studio by Ann Conan and Mary O’ Carolan who will talk about the entitlements awareness week. We were also joined in studio by Career Guidance Counsellor Patricia Wroe who will give advice for the end of the leaving cert and before the CAO change of mind option closes and we talked to Paul Lennon, soccer correspondent with the Irish Daily star also ahead of tonights match.

We were joined by Don Baker and Clara Rose who have joined forces for a new album and who performed live and Helen Walsh, Health and Fitness consultant gives advice to people getting blocks with their weightloss and training. We spoke to Pat Fitzgerald about his new role as Chair of the County Council and Laura Haugh, mum in residence at Mummypages.net dropped in to talk about the new paternity leave

Larry Donnelly fills us on the latest from US, Trump sacking his campaign manager, an attempt on his life and Congress turning down gun restrictions. We were joined in studio by Lisa temple and Hayley Murphy who told us about their open day event for the Bray Womens refuge this Sunday

We asked Noleen Blackwell CEO Dublin Rape Crisis Centre about the issue and definition of consent being discussed and we asked Theo Phelan about the Round Ireland race. We were also joined in studio by Sean Olohan who will perform live his latest song “IRELAND-ROUND WE GO” as in connection with the Round Ireland Yacht Race and Sorcha Murphy popped in from Escape Boutique to talk about how to dress in 5 minutes. The Happy Pear twins David and Stephen dropped in with their latest book ‘The World of the Happy Pear’
