Friday 5th February 2016 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We reviewed the papers with papers and Wicklow stories of the week with Mick Kelly, Wicklow News.net and Morning Show Producer Claire Darmody and Siobhan Copland Sales and Marketing Manager, Coral Leisure Centre told us about their reopening after bad weather damaged their roof late last year. 11am –midday We chatted to Liam Toland, Irish Times Rugby Analyst about his predictions for the six nations and Sundays’ match and we spoke to Wicklow Manager Johnny Magee ahead of this weekends GAA match. James Doorley, Deputy Director at the National Youth Council of Ireland filled in us in on checking or getting on to the electoral register before General Election 2016, while Billy Roberts, Wicklow County Council explained who qualifies for postal votes and when the closing date is for that.We were also joined in studio Wicklow Wolfe lads Simon and Quincy who brought in some craft beer samples and talked trends for 2016

We asked Local GP Dr Ciara Kelly about Zika now there are cases here and Science Man Sean Duke tells us how DNA may determine whether you are a night owl or not, Are Aliens to blame for mysterious 'Tabby Star' dimming, Also why Dog owners are happier than cat owners and why Scientists still baffled by zebra's stripes. 11am –midday Garda Declan Lynch joined us to fill us in on all the latest crime incidents and Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly dropped in to talk about fermentation and its possible health benefit. We were joined in studio by John Mullens who talkws about the fundraising valentines ball for the avoca scouts and Holiday Doctor Joe Supple talked more about South Africa Holidays. Pete the vet also popped in with pet care advice.

Wednesday 3rd February 2016 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Niall O’Connor, Political Independent at the Dail following the ‘sort-of’ election announcement and we spoke to local foster parent Dave Thomas about his reaction to foster care being in the news and we asked Damien Mulley, Technology Consultant about EU-US Privacy shield and if social media will do anything for the general election. We were joined in studio by Sorcha Murphy, Escape Boutique who chatted about Spring Trends and also new technology that may mean that you will know what size you are in every shop 11am –midday Laura Haugh, Mum in Residence Mummy Pages.ie dropped in to talk about research on why you should pick up a crying baby and Food Writer Dee Laffin joined us in studio to talk about immune boosting and energy raising foods and took a look at food trends for 2016. We returned to our discussion about paying for recyclable waste with Moira Byrne, Environmental Awareness Officer, Wicklow County Council and we asked Alan Kinsella, Irish Election Literature his view on the no poster campaigns around the County and we heard why Roundwood have decided to join the movement from resident Terry Cavanagh

We spoke to Bernard Keating, Aughrim Tidy Towns, Myles Smith from Avoca Tidy Towns, and Mary Ann Parsons Bray Tidy Town on no election posters in their area and we heard about 2 brutally attacked sheep in Roundwood from Councillor Shay Cullen. 11am –midday We asked Larry Donnelly Law Lecturer in NUI Galway about the caucus and we got reaction to plans to introduce payment for recycling from Shane Byrne AWD Waste and Dermott Jewell Consumer Association of Ireland. We spoke to Pat Devlin, former football Manager and Agent and were joined by Catherine Murray from Belles and Blazers who spoke about her new venture; divorce parties.

We asked Jon Meagher and Liam Quigley their memories of Terry Wogan. We spoke to Wicklow Manager Johnny Magee about the Wicklow win over the weekend and Conor Saunders Nutritional Therapist droped in to talk about the claims that some antidepressants could have strong links to suicide. 11 NEWS 11am –midday Business and life coach Marian Byrne dropped in to the studio to talk about Mindfulness, spring cleaning your life and the Chinese New Year and Best-selling authors Sinead Moriarty and Claudia Carroll talked to us about recent and upcoming books and gave some recommended read. Performer and Songwriter Shauna Carrick popped in to talk about her performance on the voice and perform live.
