Maureen Griffen, Wicklow Right to Water campaign told is about an upcoming nationwide protest and we were joined in studio by Seymour Creswell of St Patricks and Derek Pullen group secretary on the Bray One Act Drama festival 11am –midday Garda Declan Lynch and Seargent John Fitzpatrick gave us a Garda Update and Tom Shortt IFA County Chairman on their views about calls for the changes to Wildlife Act to be reversed. Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly gave us the food trends for 2016 and Holiday Doctor Joe Supple on this weekends Holiday Show. Dr. Chris Luke, A&E Consultant with Cork University Hospital talked to us about that very dodgy batch of drugs That has led to serious illness and issues and Shane McDermott vet nurse and pet behaviourist & trainer from Kilcoole Vets dropped it in to talk about Dogs

Professor of Law at NUIG Larry Donnelly joined Declan to speak about Sarah Palin endorsing Donald Trump. Simon Moynihan dropped in from Bonkers.ie to talk about switching costs, how you can save money on the TV, Internet, electricity and insurance 11am –midday Elsa Jones, Nutritional Therapist & author of best selling book ‘Goodbye Sugar’ gave us advice on reading labels, spotting the buzzwords that really mean sugar, if naturally occurring sugar is bad and why sugar is so harmful and so addictive. We found out about Sallynoggin College of Further Education and what some of their students have been upto. We heard from Roisin Bowling who won the Wedding Journal Young Designer of the Year in 2014 Carol Ann Hughes from Wicklow town and she has worked with local wedding designers in Wicklow. Finally we were joined by Catherne Craddock, East Coast Physio who talked about back pain and dealing with it.

Tom Brady, Security Editor Irish Independent gave us the latest from the grim murder investigation story unfolding in Kildare and Conor Saunders, Nutritional Therapist joined us to us to remind us why today is blue Monday – apparently officially the most depressing day of the year and what to do to avoid the blues 11am –midday Anne Ferris and CEO of Glencree, Will Divas dropped in to talk about a screening of Born and Reared (a very moving documentary on the lives of five men in Northern Ireland) on in the Mermaid on Thursday, 21st January and all proceeds are in aid of the Enniskerry based Glencree Centre for Peace & Reconciliation and Wicklow Singer/songwriter Rory Quinn dropped in to chat and perform following a 6 month tour of Canada and America and writing the new album. Conor Pope, Pricewatch Editor with the Irish times told us the 10 ways cheap oil impacts on our lives and we hear about a wellness walk taking place every week in arklow to raise money for the arklow cancer support centre and in conjunction with operation transformation from Liz Bermingham.
