Friday 12th February 2016 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We were joined in studio by Michelle Mc Glynn, Wicklow Voice and Mary Fogarty Bray People to review the papers and big Wicklow stories of the week and we asked Páraic Gallagher, Political Correspondent his view on the 1st Leaders debate last night. Horticulturist Barry Doyle dropped in from Arboretum to give gardening advice in the frost and Shane Byrne, Former Rugby International chatted to us about this weekends Six Nations matches. 11am –midday Stephen Large, Dublin Services Manager, Threshold talked to us about issues around housing and homelessness that should be discussed with candidates for the general election and we were joined by Carol Tallon who chatted about training estate agent to help buyers and her view on the housing and construction issues that should be GE16 topics and ask Threshold the same. We asked Bressie about the other important event last night; the moving, silent ‘Anyones Brother’ vigil that took place outside the Dáil organised by family and friends of Caoilte O’Broin urging the Government and candidates to make a change to mental health policy and We are joined in studio by Seargent John Fitzpatrick with the latest on shankill sexual assaults. Fintan McCormick dropped in Greystones O’Briens with Valentines wine.
