We also heard speculatively from our Producer Claire who is going in to ‘celebrity’ Big Brother tonight and Pat Sweeney paid tribute to Sean (the bon) Wolohan who died during the week. 11- 12pm Sergeant John Fitzpatrick on the attacks on those horses in Ashford and we were joined in studio by Domini Kemp and her book Ketogenic Kitchen. Eoin O’Broin, Sinn Fein TD for Dublin Mid-West gave us his reaction to that horrific alleged attack on a young woman in Clondalkin overnight. Singer songwriter Pete Fagan dropped in to chat and perform live and Pete the vet answered listener questions

Jason Carroll, and leigh Williams from Wicklow Brewery joined us with their newly name stout and Eamon Ryan told us why he thinks part of Dublins’ nature reserve should be bought from Nama from the State.

Pilot Se Pardy spoke to us about the air show this weekend 11-12pm We were joined in studio by Ste from raglans who chat ahead of their knockanstocken performance this weekend and we were joined in studio by local storyteller and historian Philip Byrne who reminded us of Bray’s a long association of baths stretching back to the grand Victorian vision of the mid-nineteenth century and we were also joined by Paul Pascoe and Mark Fortune, founders of the immerse spa experience which they have brought temporarily to Bray Seafront and we also checked in with east coast fm’s Marlena Murphy who is testing the hot tub out this morning .

Richard Bury, Psychotherapist dropped in to talk about the pressures on grandparents these days; such as increased obligations to offer childcare and help financially and how to best deal with those stresses and we asked John Byrne, Cartell.ie about their services for discovering written off vehicles 11- 12pm We were joined by Laura Wood and Lee Hillen, personal trainer with motivate personal training in Shoreline Greystones for our first insight into Laura’s fit at 40 plan; Laura plans on getting into the best mental and physical health of her life just in time for her significant birthday. As the bray family resource centre celebrate it’s 30th birthday, we were joined by Niamh Wogan, Manager of the bray family resource centre, also Elly Fairbairn who works there and Amy Standage will join them to tell us how the resource centre has helped her and her family. Lara Marlowe, Irish Times spoke to us briefly from France, following on from the Bastille day attacks Thursday last and we asked Mary Dunphy Moloney – Global CEO coder dojo about Coder dojo being considered as being added to the Maths curriculum. We were also joined by Cian, Isabella and Peter from sheevawn musical society who chatted and performed from les miserables which will be on in the Mermaid Arts Centre this week

We also spoke to Stephen Clarke from Wicklow Rugby Club about Summer Camps 11- 12pm We spoke to former Mayor of Greystones Steven Stokes about Brexit, as he is now living in the UK active with the liberal democrats and Eoin McGee popped in from Prosperous Financial to talk about what Brexit means for the long term investor. We spoke to Ronan Clarke who was diagnosed with early dementia in 2014 at 56 years of age; he talked about living with early on -set dementia ahead of an information event by the alzheimers society in arklow this evening. We talked to Bray Taxi Driver Paddy McCabe about being beaten up and attacked while out working and we were joined in studio by Garda Declan Lynch who gives the latest crime news 11- 12pm We spoke to Stephen Donnelly about the talks he has been in so far about the 32nd Dail and Dating and relationship coach David Kavanagh dropped in to studio to talk about his book love rewired and told us what happens in our brains when we fall in love, are memories to be trusted and all about flirting and first date strategy. We were joined in studio by Peppi Daly and Claire Darmody who told us about jewellery and keyrings being designed and sold across the county to raise money for our 8th annual coffee morning on April 8th, It’s available on www.facebook.com/mybeadingheartdesigns and at East Coast fm. We asked Diramuid O’Flynn about the end of Ballyhea and we asked Dr Yvonne Williams Vice-President of the NAGP about the GPs Association Calls for Urgent Post-Election Tallaght Strategy on Health 11- 12pm We were joined by Eoin McGee, Prosperous Finanancial services who gave advice on serious illness and life cover and also recent inheritance tax changes and we discussed the meningitis B vaccine with Laura Haugh Mummy Pages.net. Claire Darmody, Morning Show Producer and Lifestylesmile.com blogger talked about International womens Day and 10 reasons why women are amazing. We were also joined by Tenor Graham J ahead of his gig on 10th march he will perform live and talk about his incredible story of surviving three strokes and the death of his partner, who took his own life.

We also spoke to Paraic Gallagher, Political Correspondent about the Ceann Comhairle race and Micheal and Enda chasing votes and Dave McPhilips from the Coronas dropped in for a chat and tune. 11- 12pm Ashford based psychotherapist Richard Bury joined us in studio to chat about the specific ingredients of anxiety - emotional and physical and how to manage each and Sorcha Murphy dropped in from Escape Boutique to chat about athleisure and how to get the sports luxe look without wearing your gym gear. Adrian Weckler, Technology Expert chatted to us about being the Guest Speaker at Wicklow enterprise boards Internet of Things Seminar and also the man who invented email who passed away this weekend and Sheelagh Daly, Head of Enterprise at the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow joined us in studio around the same time to talk about Local Enterprise Week, which runs from 7th – 13th March, with lots of events on for local SMEs.
