Authority Ireland about the importance of checking Halloween costumes Xpose Magazine Editor Deanna O’Connor dropped in to chat about Macro nutrients explained –the scientific key to weight loss that really works and Building boundaries – how to tackle that work colleague who always steals your pen to gently telling your neighbour they can’t just drop in every day and we spoke to Bray based star gazer Deirdre Kelleghen about Planetary trio Venus Jupiter and Mars cross paths in pre-Halloween spectacle for last time until 2021 11- 12pm We spoke to the newest coach on Irelands Fittest Family and former Cork Rose, former Cork county camogie captain Anna Geary about the new season of the TV programme; starting on RTE at 6.30pm Sunday evening and her view on childhood activity/obesity and we hear about Mediation Awareness week (which finishes today) from Genevieve Murray, workplace sector liaison officer with the Mediator's Institute of Ireland. We were also joined in studio by International Performance Coach and Advisor to Olympic Athletes and Senior Business Executives JP Pawliw-Fry who talked about his book ‘How to Perform Under Pressure’ and we were joined in studio by fintan mccormick from obriens greystones with some weekend wines for your Halloween festivities.

Garda Declan Lynch dropped in with the latest on drug haul in Tallaght and safety advice for Halloween and Pete the vet answered your questions and Halloween warnings for your pets.

Wednesday 25th October The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11pm We spoke to Richard Moore O’Farrell, Secretary, South Wicklow Wind Action Group about the latest on his nearby wind-farm and the campaign to unseat TDs and we spoke to Conor Pope, Irish Times Consumer Affairs Editor about the possible end to the full Irish breakfast...or at least a hiccup in it and we got his reaction to the end of roaming. We also spoke to Sean Kelly MEP about the end to roaming charges and we were joined in studio by Sorcha Murphy who talked about how you can be photographed like a model and raise money for charity and stylishly spooky outfits for Halloween. We spoke to Michelle Geoghean about a Halloween fundraiser this weekend to raise funds for Berkley survivor Aoife Beary 11- 12pm Local childrens Author Jackie Burke joined us in studio to talk about her latest Grindlewood book and Money watchdog John Diskin drop in to talk about how to get some last minute money back from the government and the round up round down scheme. We spoke to Ruairi Devlin, Micro Business awards and we also hear a live performance and chats from Keywest

Tuesday 27th October The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11pm We spoke to Mary Hickey Nolan following her 36th Dublin City Marathon and to Sinead Tarmey who just did her first in aid of the Wicklow Hospice Foundation and we spoke to Phelim O’Neill, Markets Specialist Irish Farmers Journal about the WHO report linking meat to cancer risk. We were also joined in studio by Connor Saunders, Nutritional Therapist who will give his view on the meat scare story and also explain how some supermarket ready meals contain as much sugar as a can of coca cola and we spoke to Rory Kinane, Principal of Community National School in Greystones about the next stages for the new school. 11- 12pm We speak to John Kennedy Silicon Republic about the cyber attack on telecommunications company Talk Talk allegedly carried out by a 15 year old boy and we spoke to Declan Nerney following his appearance on the Late Late show and ahead of his upcoming gig at the Royal. We spok to Dee Laffin, Food writer about foodie towns and her reaction to the meat scare and Horticulturist Barry Doyle joined us from Arboretum.
