Friday 21st August The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We were joined by Mary Fogarty, Bray People, Mick Kelly, Wicklow News and Graham O’Neill, Wicklow Voice to review the papers and the big Wicklow stories of the week and the East Coast Physio Catherine Cradock dropped in to talk about the epidemic of shoulder pain at the moment and how our work environment and heavy handgbags or schoolbags aswell as bad posture may be adding to this. We also spoke to Conor O’Leary, from Purple House ahead of the great sumo run this Sunday and we also chat to our two East Coast fm participants Anne Kennedy and Ryan O’Neill. 11- 12pm We were also joined in studio by Second Coxswain Ciaran Doyle Wicklow RNLI who talked about a new book detailing the history of the lifeboat Station from 1857 to the present. ‘All Clear Let Her Go’ and Holiday Doc Joe Supple dropped in to fill us on the wild atlantic way and why its growing in global population as a destination and he revealed why Dublin was voted the friendliest city according to twitter poll. We also spoke to Karl Holmes, Golf Pro with Greystones Golf Club about Paul Dunne’s successful day at the amateur US Amateur Championship at the Olympia Fields and we were joined in studio by Philomena Breslin about an educational performance event on tomorrow at 11 am in Oaklands House Creative Centre. The aim of this launch is to promote a series of Classical Music programmes for Baby and Toddler and raise the benefits of exposing the young mind to Classical Composer's repertoires in that it is believed to boost concentration and self discipline general listening and social skills.

Thursday 20th August The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Niall O’Connor, Political Correspondent with the Irish Independent about TD’s demanding a rethink of €100 for water bill rebels and we spoke to Fiachra Woodman, VP of Aimia Global Innovation Lab about loyalty cards and a New Disruptive Shopping Loyalty App is launched for the Irish Market that can make them work better for you. We were joined in studio by Science man Sean Duke drops in to talk about Super head lice warning, an almost fully-formed brain, grown in lab, researchers claim and High childhood IQ linked to bipolar disorder later in life. 11- 12pm Wicklow based Mystic Celt chef Paul Smith dropped in to talk about back to school lunch and dinner ideas and we met one man (from bray) who is planning on walking a total of 2,000 km from Belgrade and passing through 5 Balkan countries, over some of the highest mountains in the region during the autumn and winter of 2015 with his dog pajo to raise €20,000 buy vital equipment for the Cancer patients of St. John’s ward in Our Lady’s Children Hospital Crumlin. Shane Mc Dermott vet nurse and partner in Animal Hospital Kilcoole popped in from Animal Hospital in Kilcoole to talk about pet behaviour.

Wednesday 19th August The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We asked Dr Ciara Kelly how sitting is as big a threat to our health as smoking and why even one glass of wine a day can raise the risk of breast cancer and we spoke to Elaine Burke, Managing Editor, Silicon Republic about the 50 new jobs to be created in brown bag films, we hear about the android marshmallow system and an update on the Ashley Madison hackers. We were also joined in studio by Tom Taylor, Principal of Sallynoggin College to talk about third level alternatives to University and the options available to those who did not get the points they may have hoped in their leaving cert or the offers they wanted in CAO. 11- 12pm Rory Benville, President of the chamber of commerce in Bray and Councillor and Local Businessman Pat Vance talked to us about shopping locally and the challenges facing that and we heard about this weekends’ Red head convention from event Organiser Joleen Cronin and we were joined in studio by Garda Declan Lynch for the latest on crime incidents around the county. We also discussed the property issues, rising rents, lack of suitable student accommodation, low new builds and a growing disparity between supply and demand of family homes leading to a real risk of homelessness for hundreds of Irish People with Carol Tallen Buyer Brokers Ltds

John Diskin Money watchdog also joined us to talk about property tax and why revenue wants to know if you properly valued your house 11- 12pm Eric Dempsey from Birds Ireland dropped in to chat about the birdlife of Wicklow and we were joined in studio by Roisin Fitzgerald from Rehab about the people of the year awards 2015 and how you can nominate your hero. Dermot Williams, Threatscape also popped in to studio to talk about how we fear online identity theft...but only if we don’t get a discount and we were joined in studio by Career Coach Dearbhla Kelly who talks about her new book; Dearbhla has worked in Education, guidance and Counselling for almost 25 years and gives people practical solutions to find their purpose and follow their career dreams.
