Friday 31st July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We were joined in studio by Mary Fogarty, Bray People and Graham O’Neill, Wicklow Voice to review the papers and the big Wicklow stories of the week and we were joined in studio by Mick Glynn who filed us in on the last of the summerfest. We were joined in studio by Career guidance expert Patricia Wroe who dropped in with advice for parents planning how to support son / daughter starting First Year secondary school and practical tips about organising routines to make life as pleasant and as productive as possible for everyone - busy parents included! 11- 12pm John Leech from Irish water safety reminded us about staying safe over the bank holiday weekend and why the moon means there is further danger to people and we heard about the importance of the RNLI and more on arklow maritime festival which takes place this weekend from Mark Corcoran and Jimmy Russell. We were also joined in studio by Wicklow horse rider Jennifer Kennedy who has 3 horses taking part innext weeks Dublin horse show and is jumping herself and we tasted some weekend wines with fintan McCormick from o brien wines in greystones

Thursday 30th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to former Chief Pilot with British Airways John Leahy, from flight coach.com about what he can tell us about the suspected discovered aircraft wreckage, which is said to almost definitely be that of MH370 and asked Wicklow Deputy Billy Timmons about the first resignation from his party Renua. We also spoke to Technological Consultant Damien Mulley about Windows 10 and the android hack and we were joined in studio by Wicklow comedian and comedy club owner Danny O’brien who gave his view on some of the topics of the week. We heard details from the Wicklow Regatta this weekend from Georgina Franey, Festival Secretary. 11- 12pm Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly dropped in to give tasty healthy foodie tips for salads and quinoa and we caught up with Listener Declan about his missing dog Codey, who has since returned home happily. John Lowe, Money Doctor also gave us the latest update on PTSB and Sergeant John Fitzpatrick drop in to remind us of road safety and avoiding drivers fatigue. Pete the vet dropped in to talk about travelling with pets, getting pet passports and leaving them behind with friends, family, kennels and catterys.

Wednesday 29th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Gillian Bird, DSPCA spoke to us following a disturbing incident where a man who avoided a jail term and pet ownership ban despite having beaten a dog to death and we spoke to Niamh Wogan manager Bray family resource and development project (formerly little bray family resource centre) about an event they are running tomorrow, the services the offer and the cuts they have suffered in the last few years. We also spoke to David Hall Director of the Irish Mortgage Holders' Organisation on PTSB. We were joined in studio by host father Pat O’Shea and their family’s guest child; Dasha from Chernobyl to talk about the children of Chernobyl foundation of Ireland, we were also joined by the Chairman of the charity Laurence O’Neill; Pat also talked about being a host family and looking for host families in Wicklow. 11- 12pm We spoke to Denis Russell, in Donard about finding €200k worth of art in the ditch outside his house and John Hegarty, Gorey festival chairman talked to us about this weekends events. We were also joined in studio by Laura Haugh, Mummy Pages.ie who talked about children at weddings and Food writer Dee Laffin drops in to give more info on food labeling. We were also joined in studio by singer Denise Brennan ahead of this weekends’ Maritime festival in Arklow, Denise performed live and talked about her new album.

Tuesday 28th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Councillor Pat Casey about the future of Irish water and we spoke to family law solicitor Deirdre Burke about what ‘celines law’ is and the new domestic violence law stopping phone and online contact. We also spoke to Dr Ernan Gallgher about the high number of diabetes sufferers who have had to have lower limbs amputated...and what symptoms to watch out for diabetes diagnosis and Michael O’Toole, Crime Editor Irish Daily Star told us all he could about M1 crash and possible related murder yesterday. 11- 12pm Relationship coach Jennifer Haskins joined us from Two’s Company matchmaking service to talk about dating do’s and don’ts and give her views on Ashley Madison story. FG DeputyAndrew Doyle reminded students about SUSI, how to apply for grants and the deadline for doing so and gave us his view on Irish water. We were also joined in studio by Dermot Williams, Threatscape about being careful with passwords and if yours is really as strong as you think and Singer/songwriter Eilidh Patterson joins us in studio to perform live ahead of her gig in The Breffini in arklow main street tonight.

Monday 27th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We heard the statement from 4 of the families in Berkley and we spoke to Laura Haugh, Mummy pages.ie about back to school costs. Golfer Paul Dunne dropped in from Greystones to chat about the last few weeks and his future and we were joined in studio by Comedian Chris Kent ahead of his gig alongside Karl Spain at the Mermaid Arts Centre this Saturday. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Dr Eva Orsmonde, Orsmonde Weightloss clinics about the importance of exercise and portion control for weight-loss and how eating ‘healthily’ can make you gain weight and we were joined in studio by Lisa o’Donaghoe, 25 year old from Blessington who is a member of the cerebal plasy team and is travelling to the cerebal plasy world games in August, Lisa talked about travelling to Thailand 3 years ago where she had a stroke and blood clot which left her with her disability. We were also joined in studio by Scott Maher who performed live and chatted about his new album following the launch at the weekend.
