Pete the Vet also drops in to answer your questions and give his views on pig races. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Voice of Ireland Winner Patrick James and we spoke to Stephen Clarke, PRO Wicklow Rugby Club about Ireland's prospects in the upcoming World Cup along with other teams and players who are in form and the type of pressure that the Irish team will be facing to perform after a successful campaign in the six nations...and of course his junior rugby camps. We also discussed the Big Brother Final and were joined in studio by John Wilson, Wine Correspondent with the Irish Times with his wine suggestions for the weekend.

Thursday 16th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Stephen Donnelly joined us in studio to talk about his new party Social Democrats and Karl Holmes, Greystones Golf PRO talked to us about Greystones Golf Paul Dunne who was, at that time on the course at the British Open. Science man Sean Duke also dropped in to studio to explain the disappearance of bees, why middle aged people are so lonely and how we might be eating plastic. 11- 12pm We spoke to John Kennedy; Editor Silicon Republic about Eircode not being compliant with google maps or sat-nav and the retro smartphone released by Commodore and we heard about the Arklow Seabreeze festival and its controversial pig race from Councillor Tommy Annsley and pig race protestor Ciara Fitzgerald. Holiday doc Joe supple gave us the best deals for low cost holidays and staycation and Garda Delcan Lynch dropped in with news of recent local incidents.

With weight training becoming increasingly popular; Health and Fitness Consultant Helen Walsh dropped in with advice for beginners and Susan Walsh, Dubray Books talked to us about the final arrival of Harper Lee’s sequel novel ‘Go Set a Watchman’which was actually written 55 years ago, before to Kill a Mocking Bird 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Fiona McAuslen, Conflict Coach and Mediator who gave her reaction to marriage at an all time high and low divorce rates here and also some tips for a happy marriage and when it might be time to cut your losses! Ellen O’Malley Dunlop, CEO Dublin Rape Crisis gave us her reaction to yesterdays shocking suspended sentence for a convicted rapist and Lorna Lafferty, Bray Area Partnership dropped in to tell us about the free computer classes that are available for beginners. We also spoke Theresa O’Brien, Senior Executive Officer, Roads dept Wicklow County Council on N11 completion and we were joined in studio by John Fitzpatrick, Wicklow Rapid Response and the Wicklow Cardiac First Responders Medical Director, Dr. David Menzies to talk about their voluntary organisation providing advanced pre hospital emergency medical care to the people of Wicklow. 11- 12pm Alan Hegarty, The Fish Man joined us in studio to talk about ‘the Chef and the Fishman food festival’ taking place on the south quay in Wicklow this Sunday and Kim Hayden joined us in studio to chat about her band Lir, latest work and to perform live along with local musician Shay Fogarty. We also spoke to Dick White from Gorey Chamber of Commerce about what the N11 final completion means for them and we spoke to Stephen O’Riordan about his book Whispering Hope about the Magdalene sisters.
