Friday 5th June The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Techie consultant Damien Mulley about #talktojoan and Mary Fogarty Bray People and Graham O’Neill Wicklow Voice dropped in to review the papers. Business and Personal Coach James Sweetman also joined us in studio to talk about Getting Unstuck – many people can feel ‘stuck in a rut’ either because they feel life is passing them by, or they feel stuck in the routines of daily life, James gave practical advice on moving forward from this. 11- 12pm We met the Bray Man who cycled across the US in a 3,000 mile fundraiser aged 65, 15 years ago, Joe Bollard rejoined us with his guide dog York to talk about life, playing piano and a short documentary he made for Irish guide dogs which will be played in Mermaid Arts Centre on Monday afternoon. Gardener John Stephenson joined us with gardening tips and advice in the hope the summer will arrive soon and Dana and Ken from I'm Your Vinyl popped in for a song and a chat.

Thursday 3rd June The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Gareth Farrell, News Editor East Coast fm spoke to us about the death of a woman following a patient attack in Loughlinstown Hospital and Chris Macey Head of Advocacy at the Irish Heart Foundation spoke to us about the expected high cost of our ongoing and growing obesity problem. Maureen Griffens from Wicklow Right 2 Water also told us about ‘a burn the bills’ assemble in Wicklow this weekend and Science man sean duke dropped in to tell us how being cynical can cost you, why overthinking blocks creativity and about the wrist band that tells you when you have had too much sun 11- 12pm Pete the Vet dropped in to talk about dogs reaction to TV, mirrors and music and Holiday doc Joe supple gave us tips about holidaying in Yorkshire and the top staycation deals of the week. Chef Siobhan Donnelly joined us with recipes for tasty veggie burgers and we congratulated Wicklow Singer Songwriter Luan Parle on being nominated for a 3rd Pure Mm award for her Roll the Dice video.

Wednesday 3rd June The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Philip Ryan Political Correspondent, Irish Independent spoke to us about Catherine Murphy and Dessie O’Toole and Stephen Straffan joined us in studio to talk about an upcoming fun day to raise awareness of local mental health charities and hopefully also some cash taking place in Bray on June 13th. We also heard about the legends of country show taking place in the Arklow Bay Hotel on the 11th June from organiser James McGarrity and Darragh Flynn, the ‘other’ brother of happy pear twins dave and steve popped in to tell us all their latest news and share some healthy picnic recipe ideas now that the weather is due to get better and also talked about brain food for the exams and their farm. 11- 12pm Paul Lennon, Soccor Correspondent with the Irish Daily Star spoke to us about Sepp Blatters shock resignation and Laura Haugh, Mum in residence at mummy pages.ie popped in to talk about dealing with bedwetting. Garda john Fitzpatrick filled us in on all the recent local crime news and we were joined in studio by a man who has found himself and his two children and his mother homeless and currently sleeping rough in Bray and we also got advice from Local Councillor John Brady. Comedian Joe Dowlin also joined us in studio ahead of appearing at Bray Arts on 8th June.

Tuesday 2nd June Tuesday 2nd June The Morning Show with Michelle McMullan 10- 11am We spoke to Karl Deeter, Irish Mortgage Brokers Association about Minister Alan Kelly’s plans to tie rents to inflation and John Buckley, Deputy Director, Spunout gives parents and students last minute advice for prepping and relaxation ahead of the first day of state exams. Health and fitness consultant Helen Walsh dropped in to give aftercare advice to mini marathon runners/walkers, and we spoke to Lizzy Fortune who took part for Purple House cancer support and she did so in memory of Pat Mc Court, founder of the mini marathon who sadly died from cancer recently. Helen also gave advice for exam students on what best to eat to help you sleep and ahead of your exam and why a little stress relieving exercise could do you the world of good. 11- 12pm Abuse survivor Fiona Doyle joined us in studio to talk about her new charity, her upcoming book and her first book being turned into a movie, she also spoke about further abuse from another man in her early life and a fundraiser for her charity. Sorcha Murphy also dropped in from Escape Boutique in Greystones to talk about packing light and travel wear and Money doctor John Lowe told us why women mostly still hold the ‘purse strings’
