Friday 6th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Mary Fogerty from the Bray People and Mick Kelly from wicklownews.net joined us in studio to have a look a the stories that were making the headlines in Wicklow this week. We heard from Gerard Maguire who's launched a campaign to save the Cadbury pink snack bar and author Sarah Webb dropped in to tell us about her latest book and the Mountain to Sea book festival.

11- 12pm Our Friday guest this week was TV3's Martin King, famous for his role as weather man on and presenter of The Seven O Clock Show on the station. Technology expert Damien Mulley spoke to Declan about the cost of roaming in the EU and a new take by Amazon to improve delivery times that involves 3D printers. Finally musician Kieron Goss joined us to play out the show.

Thursday 5th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Hot Press Journalist Stuart Clarke gave us the line up so far for electric picnic and Dr Mary McCreery, consultant Dietician and Clinical Nutritionist explained how an obsession with healthy eating can actually be bad for your health and sometimes even result in eating disorder orhtorxia. Science Man Sean Duke also dropped in to tell us how some scientists have figured out what makes Indian food so delicious and why you can Forget the gym, as there is a hormone that can do the same thing, he also talked about a UK ‘spaceport’ set to open in 2018 and how we get much more from our fathers, genes, illness and more. 11- 12pm Siobhan Donnelly joined us in studio to give tips on warming hotpot and one pot meals. Singer Songwriter Eoin Glackin popped in to perform live and chat ahead of his upcoming gigs including Whelans on this Sunday 8th March and we spoke to Jim Moriarty EPA on their latest waste report. Gail NicEoghain from Kilcoole Animal Hospital dropped in to talks about pets going on holidays and micro chipping being compulsory in 2016.

Dr Ernan Gallgher also talked to us about overuse of paracetemol being potentially damaging to your health and Food writer, Dee Laffin dropped in to talk about warming soups with a twist and the uses of hand blenders. 11- 12pm Laura Haugh Mummy pages.ie talks to us about cost of holy communions and communion money and Juno McEnroe, Irish Examiner spoke to us about a damning report on excessive spending in the HSE. Susan Walsh Head of Marketing and PR Dubray Books and Journalist Barbara Scully joined us ahead of world book day tomorrow with their recommendations for avid and occasional readers and top tips for childrens books too.

Tuesday 3rd March February The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Tim O’Brien, Irish Times spoke to us from outside Solicitor Brian O’Donnell’s family home where he remained barricaded in, to stop his house being repossessed and Donal Gleeson, Golf Pro with Old Conna Golf Club chatted to us about Harringtons stellar win and trip back up the world ranking list yesterday. We were also joined in studio by Queen of chicklit Patrica Scanlan who chatted about her latest and 19th novel A time for friends. 11- 12pm Aviation Author and Journalist Gerry Byrne spoke to us about the latest development in the missing Malaysian airline and Wicklow Mum and healthy eating advocate Lauren Keogh gave us some quick recipes of sugar free versions of family favourites and chats about the importance of a healthy mind. Mark Whelan from Brightwater recruitment told us why if you tell the boss you’re leaving – and there’s a good chance you’ll get a counter offer and Former Rugby International Shane Byrne spoke to us about the possibility there was an extra 2 mins added on the Sundays match that shouldn’t have been. We were also joined in studio by singer songwriter Luke Griffen who performed live.

We spoke to Gerry O’ Carroll talks to us ahead of a programme on TV3 tonight about the robbery in Russborough 11- 12pm Councillors Tom Fortune and Irene Winters spoke to us about the planned new ‘use it or lose it rule that is to speed up home building and Deborah Coughlan from Learning Network joined us in studio to talk about an information evening for parents of special needs children. Stephen McCabe and Jonathan Sibley drops in from McCabes coffee to talk about the latest ways to make coffee.
