Dr Mary mcCreery, Consultant Dietician and Clinical Nutritionist also spoke to us about her reaction to the claims that too much fatty food in our diet is not actually linked to heart disease and Wicklow Mum of four Becky Loftus dropped in to talk about her secondary fertility issues, her experience with IVF treatment and also shared lots of practical tips for other couples starting or considering a similar journey. 11- 12pm We spoke to Liz McDermott of One More Day More, a group for parents of unborn babies with terminal illness about Clare Daly’s bill and Food Writer Dee Laffan dropped in to tell us about food to woo your Valentine & foods that are supposedly aphrodisiacs. Garda Declan Lynch also joined us to talk about recent crime incidents and Red Hurley popped in ahead of his Valentines night gig in Fitzpatricks Castle in Killiney. Paul Lennon, Soccor Correspondent with the Irish Daily Star talked to us about Sky and BT paying the Premier League and what that means for the game.

We also spoke to Councillor Christopher Fox about the latest on paying for water in Wicklow and Junior Finance Minister and Wicklow FG Deputy Simon Harris talked about the new school for Greystones. Indepenent Councillor Tom Fortune joined us in studio to tells us about a new community centre for Kilcoole which opened yesterday. 11- 12pm We spoke to Donna Kennedy about her practical book Born to be Beautiful – how to look and feel amazing during and after pregnancy and Technology Consultant Damien Mulley discussed why less people are buying tablets, whatsapp offering voice calls, Vodafone losing tons of customers and a new report which shows childrens digital skills don’t match their confidence levels. Peter Murphy from Epilepsy Ireland also spoke to us about International Epilepsy Day which takes place today and Former Labour TD for Wicklow Liz McManus joined us in studio to talk about her novel.
