Friday 30th January The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We were joined in studio by Graham O’Neill, Wicklow Voice and Mick Kelly, Wicklow news.net for a review of todays papers and we We spoke to Brian Whiteside, Director of Humanist Association of Ireland about the Humanist call to ban baptismal cert requirement and their meeting with Minister for Education Jan o’Sullivan on this matter yesterday We were also joined by Career Guidance Counsellor Patricia Wroe who talked about if every degree is the same and Captain Evan Cullen, Irish Airline Pilot Association joined us in studio to talk about his Meeting with the Dept of Transport 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by science man Sean duke who told us about the first bionic woman (who is Irish), why The more sociable we are, the happier we are and about a Death test predicts death within 30 days and as dry January comes to a close and everyone finally gets paid, we tasted some weekend wines from Fintan McCormack from O’Briens Greystones. Thursday 29th January The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Maureen Griffen and Violet Wilkins from Wickow against water protest groups give us their view on Michael D Higgins saga and we asked about Saturdays planned protest against water charges and We heard about yesterdays Dail walkout yesterday after the Garda inquiry debate was axed and ask if Gerry Adams shoulder to shoulder with Micheal Martin may become a more regular occurrence from Juno McEnro, Political Correspondent with the Examiner. We were also joined in studio by Dee Laffin, Food Writer who talked about the only 6 food trends worth knowing about for 2015, according to Time Magazine, and among them are insects, fat and peas 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by band ye Vagabonds for a performance and to tell us all about a festival starting this weekend in the Harbour bar called Banjo & Bovril Nights - 5 days and nights of great music - all free! Holiday doc Joe supple also gave tips on dealing with jetlag with one of our listeners who just experienced worst jet lag he has ever had and Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly dropped in to give recipes on heart healthy winter soups. Wednesday 28th January The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Gabriel Dooley, Dooley Auctioneers about the new mortgage rules and discussed who it would impact and we heard why Labour are under pressure to block the sale of Aer Lingus and Sinead O’Connor’s decision not to join Sinn Fein from Niall O’Connor, Politicial Correspondent Irish Independent. We were also joined in studio by Rudy De Vreede, Co-ordinator from the Bray Local Drug and Alcohol task force ahead of a public consultation taking place today about alcohol in the community and we spoke to David Blevings, Irish Petrol Retailers Association about the price of petrol rising again. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Jazz Musician Nigel Mooney who performed live ahead of his performance in the Glenview Hotel this Friday and we heard about Ireland being the third most expensive country to go on a night out in Europe. We also talked to News Editor Gareth Farrell about an anti-homophobic workshop that was cancelled in a Dublin school.

Tuesday 27th January The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Fiona Doyle about her courageous journey to justice, which she finally received when her rapist father was handed down triple his original sentence yesterday and we were joined in studio by Junior Finance Minister Simon Harris who talked about Greece in relation to Ireland, the funding for the Wicklow Hospice and enhancing Kilmacurragh Gardens as a tourist destination. We were also joined in studio by Broadcaster and Journalist Barbara Scully who talked about Greece, silly baby names and gave her view on Michael Lowry’s comments and Michelle Mulherins phone calls. 11- 12pm We spoke to Aviation Journalist and Author Gerry Byrne about Aer Lingus and we talked to John Kennedy, Editor from Silicon Republic about facebook and instagram crashing and being back on-line now. We also spoke to FG Deputy Andrew Doyle and Tom Shortt, Wicklow County Chairman IFA about farm accidents and farm safety and Wicklow Hospice Foundation Chairman Brendan Cuddihy dropped in to talk about future plans for the hospice now they have finally got planning permission to go ahead on the Maghermore site. We spoke briefly to Steve McMahon, Chairman Irish Patients Association about a report that compared part of our health service to Romania.

We also spoke to Damien Mulley, Technological Consultant about Windows 10 and we were joined in studio by Wicklow GAA star Leighton Glynn 11- 12pm We were joined by Richard Bury, Ashford based Psychotherapist who talked about dealing with families and Derek Pullen, Secretary of Bray One Act Drama Festival dropped in to talk about this years festival beginning tomorrow night at the Mermaid Arts Centre. We also spoke to Kostas Katsauras, an account engineer in Greece and Independent Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett about the Greek elections and the impact that might have here and we were joined in studio by Deanna O’Connor, Xpose Editor who talked about Valentines day and new catwalk trends.
