We spoke to Karl Deeter, Irish Mortgage Brokers Association about Minister Alan Kelly’s plans to tie rents to inflation and John Buckley, Deputy Director, Spunout gives parents and students last minute advice for prepping and relaxation ahead of the first day of state exams. Health and fitness consultant Helen Walsh dropped in to give aftercare advice to mini marathon runners/walkers, and we spoke to Lizzy Fortune who took part for Purple House cancer support and she did so in memory of Pat Mc Court, founder of the mini marathon who sadly died from cancer recently. Helen also gave advice for exam students on what best to eat to help you sleep and ahead of your exam and why a little stress relieving exercise could do you the world of good.

Abuse survivor Fiona Doyle joined us in studio to talk about her new charity, her upcoming book and her first book being turned into a movie, she also spoke about further abuse from another man in her early life and a fundraiser for her charity. Sorcha Murphy also dropped in from Escape Boutique in Greystones to talk about packing light and travel wear and Money doctor John Lowe told us why women mostly still hold the ‘purse strings’
