We spoke with Ned O Hara the General Secretary of the Irish Postmasters Union on the Kerr Report that was released this morning.Dr Paddy Mallon UCD Associate Dean for Research, Innovation and Impact UCD School of Medicine and Medical Science spoke with Declan on the increase in diagnosis of HIV in Ireland. Helen Walsh joined Declan to talk about a recent study that said 2 bars of chocolate a day is meant to reduce the lightlihood of hearth attacks and strokes.

Shirley McClure and Eamonn Sweeney dropped into studio, they have created a CD with poems and music in aid of Arklow Cancer Support. Sorcha Murphy, Proprietor os Escape boutique in Greystones spoke to Declan about how to shop the summer sales and Ken Doyle from Bagatelle dropped in for a chat before the bands last ever tour.
