Mick Kelly and Mary Fogarty join us in studio to review the papers and Dessie O’Toole and Sgt John Fitzpatrick joined us in studio to give a last minute push for the mental health awareness fun day taking place tomorrow in Bray. Social Entrepreneurs and Fashion School Graduates Sárán Kennedy- Williams and Charlotte Instone dropped in to talk about ethical fashion, their recent trip to Bangladesh and their own fashion range and we heard about Gerry a free parish family fun day taking place on Sunday in the grounds of St Marys and Peters Church grounds.

FG TD Andrew Doyle filled us in on the suspected mad cow disease case in Louth and we spoke to Dr Veronica Dunne about the festival of opera taking place in Killruddery this Sunday and July 12th. Irish Times Wine Correspondent John Wilson dropped in with some weekend wines and Holiday doc Joe Supple talked to us about this weekends’ taste of Dublin festivals and cheap and cheerful holidays. We also spoke to music journalist Jackie Hayden about the 20th anniversary of Rory Gallagher’s death.
