Wednesday 22nd April The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am Joanna Donnelly Met Eireann spoke to us about the good weather and we spoke to Steve Wynne Jones, Editor of Checkout Magazine about Tesco’s biggest ever loss. 6 year old Harry Kane from Bray joined us in studio to talk about winning the doodle for google competition and how it feels to know his winning entry will be displayed on google on Friday, Harry was joined by mum Paula and Dad Alan and Finance Analyst Karl Deeter told us about extra hidden costs you can expect if you are building your own home . We also heard about a meeting taking place tonight about diabetes education from Philip Kavangah Chair of the Co.Wicklow Branch of Diabetes Ireland and Claire spoke to us again with an update on the figure raised so far from the 7th Annual East Coast fm Wicklow Wide coffee morning, you can still donate online at all money raised at the event will go to the 5 Cancer Support Centres in County Wicklow and the Wicklow Hospice Foundation. 11- 12pm Donal O’Shea leading obesity expert gave us his view on diet pills purchased on line following the death of a girl in Leeds and David Hall, Irish mortgage holders Association talked to us about AIB’s planned repossessions. Garda Declan Lynch dropped in with recent local crime incidents and warnings and we spoke to a pensioner who was robbed while visiting her Husbands’ grave in Shanganagh cemetery yesterday and Crime Correspondent and Author Paul Williams tells us about new developments in Ciara Breen case. Singer/Songwriter Nella also joined us in studio to perform live.
