James Sweetman, Business & Personal Coach and Author joined us in studio to talk about the importance of confidence and Producer Claire Darmody popped in to talk about the upcoming East Coast FM Wicklow Wide Coffee Morning on April 17th and all the surrounding events, raising money for the 5 cancer Support Centres and the Wicklow Hospice Foundation. 11- 12pm Paul Lennon, Soccor Correspondent with the Irish Daily Star talked to us about last night’s draw and Anne Sexton, Anne Sexton Pilates joined us in studio to talk about the health benefits of pilates, the difference between mat and reformer classes and what exactly pilates is.
