We were also joined in studio by Dee Laffin, Food Writer who talked about the only 6 food trends worth knowing about for 2015, according to Time Magazine, and among them are insects, fat and peas 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by band ye Vagabonds for a performance and to tell us all about a festival starting this weekend in the Harbour bar called Banjo & Bovril Nights - 5 days and nights of great music - all free!
