Nutritional Therapist Conor Saunders popped in with his party survival guide and what to do to lessen the pain if you overdo it over the holiday season and we caught up with Award winning Christmas tree grower Christy Kavanagh. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Ashford based psychotherapist Richard Bury about dealing with the some of stresses at Christmas, which for some people can include lonlieness, arguments and debt and Politicial Commentator Noel Whelan dropped in to talk about the book he co-wrote with Grainne Healy and Brian Sheehan; Ireland says Yes – the inside story of how the vote for marriage equality was won. We also asked Kevin O’Donahoe President of Union of Students about proposals that graduates would have to pay €25 a week over a 15 year loan scheme and we asked Noel Keyes Wicklow Tourism County Chairman about the lack of ancient east funding given to Wicklow.

We were joined in studio by Guidance Counsellor Patricia Wroe talked about HEAR - Higher Education Access Route, for people who are financially challenged accessing third level. 11- 12pm Award winning celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio dropped in to talk about her super smoothies and also about some great ideas for Edible Gifts to make at home, especially with the kids. Former Football agent Pat Devlin and Tony Dunne, Manchester United Supporters Club spoke to us about Manchester United and Seargant John Fitz popped in to talk on Christmas Tree theft and staying safe in the bad weather. Emma Raughter, principal of Loreto Bray told us they will be opening their doors on Thursday Dec. 10th at 7.00 pm for our Open Night and Connor McKeon dropped in with his band for some Christmassy music.

Today marked the 1st year anniversary of Jonathan Corrys death, Jonathan sadly died on the streets, we were joined in studio by Annette Plunkett WH 5 Loaves about what if anything is different 12 months later and what she is facing for her service as the cold weather draws in. We were also joined in studio by Connor Saunders, Nutritional Therapist who will give his view on the meat scare story and also explain how some supermarket ready meals contain as much sugar as a can of coca cola and we spoke to Rory Kinane, Principal of Community National School in Greystones about the next stages for the new school. 11- 12pm We speak to John Kennedy Silicon Republic about the cyber attack on telecommunications company Talk Talk allegedly carried out by a 15 year old boy and we spoke to Declan Nerney following his appearance on the Late Late show and ahead of his upcoming gig at the Royal. Friday 23rd October The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11pm We asked Niall O’Connor, Political Correspondent with the Independent group about Enda Kenny’s tall tales about the army and ATM machines and we were joined in studio by Graham O’Neill, Wicklow Voice, and Mary Fogarty, Bray people. We were also joined by husband and wife – Nico Olivieri and Sabine Hobble from Leaves pure foods –(and Pasta with Benefits by leaves pure foods) about world pasta day on Sunday. They told us how to make a healthy pasta that is gluten free and one of your five a day – made with only chickpeas and buckwheat and talked about clean eating and back to school recipes. 11- 12pm Journalist Barbara Scully dropped in to chat about women going on strike and also her views on Carrickmines and homelessness and we spoke to Genevieve Murray, workplace sector liaison officer with the Mediator's Institute of Ireland about Mediation Awareness week which commences on the 19th October, We were also joined by musician, songwriter, performer and recording artist John Spillane who dropped in to chat and perform ahead of his hot spot gig and we spoke to Eileen Earls ahead of an art exhibition this weekend in aid of Wicklow cancer support in the Bridge Tavern.

Thursday 22nd October The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11pm We spoke to Dermot O’Leary, General Secretary of NBRU and Barry Kenny, Irish Rail about tomorrows planned strike action and we spoke to Caitriona Gleeson, Communications and Programme Manager with Safe Ireland talks about how much more needs to be done around the area of domestic violence and their annual one day census which found that on November 4th 2014; 475 women and 301 children looked for refuge, 18 of whom were pregnant and 18 who were turned away. Science man Sean Duke also dropped in to tell us why we turn the clocks back every Autumn, why Men feel threatened by intelligent women and why First children are cleverer than their siblings. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by the Elders ahead of their Arklow Bay Gig tonight and Stephen Donnelly gave us an update on his Syria collection and a related childrens art exhibition. Garda Declan Lynch and Garda Emma Skinner dropped in to talk about the youth Garda awards and we were joined in studio by Holiday Doc Joe Supple who talked travel gadgets and then Vet Pete Wedderburn talked gadgets for pets.
