Friday 18th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We were joined in studio by Mick Kelly, Wicklow News.net and Mary Fogarty, Bray People to review the papers and the big stories of the week and we spoke to some local business owners about the impact the bad weather has had on their premises. We were also joined in studio by Kevin Markham who talked about his book ‘Driving the Green’ which documents his 11,000km drive in a 20 year old camper van to play, photograph & review every 18 hole golf course in the Country. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Failte Ireland Chairman and Greystones Man Michael Cawley who chatted about his life and career as our Friday Guest and we heard how 80% of Irish over-50s are overweight or obese from Obesity expert Prof Donal O'Shea. Thursday 17th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We spoke to Shane Dunphy, Child Protection Expert about the child deaths report and we were joined by Tommy Hanratty from Everest Cycles who talked about the fire at his shop and other businesses in Castle Street. We heard tribute to Vincent McElerhon from former Councillors Bill O’Connell and Peter Dempsey and we were joined in studio by Science Journalist Sean Duke who talked about how obesity may cause dementia and about the ‘super-duper’ moon expected in August. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Holiday Doctor Joe Supple who gave advice about festivals across the Country and tips on interesting Irish places to visit and Singer/Songwriter Don Mescall dropped in to chat about his work with IMRO and Aslan. We were also joined by Vet Pete Wedderburn who gave pet care advice. We were also joined in studio by Laura Haugh, Mum-in-residence at Mummypages.ie who gave us advice on parenting while on holidays and top tips for having a great family adventure in Ireland this Summer. 11- 12pm We heard advice on budget dinner ideas from Easy Food Editor Dee Laffan and we heard comment and reaction to Wayne Dundon and Nathan Killeen being jailed for life for the murder of Roy Collins from Crime Journalist Paul Williams. Tuesday 15th July The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am We heard reaction to the final end of Garth Brooks concerts and speculation on the reshuffle from Independent Group Political Correspondent Niall O’Connor and we spoke to Irish Times Consumer Affairs Correspondent Conor Pope about the States insolvency regime branded a failure over ‘pathetic figures’. We also discussed the Ramones with Music Journalist Jackie Hayden and Eddie Cox, Chairman, Bray Wanderers joined us in studio to chat about the future of the team. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Jason Johnson who talked about his book ‘Sinker’ and Annette Plunkett, WH5 Loaves dropped in to talk about their fundraising Golf Classic and the homeless situation in Wicklow. We were also joined by Dave Browne from Picturehouse who performed their new single live and we spoke to Technological Correspondent Adrian Wreckler and James Claffey, Irish Rural Link about rural broadband.

We were also joined in studio by Journalists and Broadcasters Jillian Godsil and Barbara Scully who gave their views on the news of the day. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by ‘Tweeting Goddess’ Samantha Kelly who chatted about her book ‘ Tweet your way to Success’ and we heard from Michael Fitzgerald, Arklow RNLI on last nights’ rescue mission. We were also joined in studio by West End Star Rebecca Storm ahead of her gig at the Pavillion this Saturday.
