Friday 4th July The Morning Show with Aengus Cox 10- 11am We heard a review of the papers from East Coast FM News Editor Gareth Farrell and Mary Fogarty, Bray People and we caught up on the World Cup with Irish Daily Star Soccer Correspondent Paul Lennon. We were also joined in studio by Padraic Horken who gave advice for putting colour in your garden. 11- 12pm We heard how you can save money on your energy bills by switching off and unpluuging you appliances and other simple tips from Simon Moynihan, Bonkers.ie and we discussed the level of food waste and how you can avoid it with Odile LeBolloch, EPA Stop Food Waste Guru. We were also joined in studio by local Singer/Songwriter Rebecca Gresty who talked about her charity single for ‘super' Gav Glynn.

Thursday 3rd July The Morning Show with Aengus Cox 10am- 11am We spoke to Niall O’Connor, Politicial Correspondent Independent Group about Ruairi Quinn stepping down and the latest on property tax and we were joined in studio by Wicklow Farmer David Ryan who took the line honours at this years Round Ireland Yacht Race. We were also joined is studio by Michael Rochfrod, Motorcheck.ie who talked about this years’ new car sales stats and what to look for if you are buying a second hand car. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Chef Siobhan Donnelly who gave recipes for summer salads and we heard how to do Dublin like a tourist on a shoestring budget from Holiday Doctor Joe Supple. We were also joined in studio by East Coast fm Drive DJ and Garth Books fan Ryan O’Neill to discuss the cancellation of 2 of the singers 5 Concerts and we discussed family dogs with Vet Pete Wedderburn

We also spoke to Adrian Weckler, Technology Correspondent Irish Independent about what happens to your online stuff after you die. 11- 12pm We spoke to D4 Clinic Hypnotherapist and Psychologist Jason O’ Callaghan about the use of hypnosis in place of anaesthetic in surgery and we spoke to Paul Dunne, Greystones Golfer who qualified for the British open yesterday.

We also heard about the Mrs Browns Boys Movie success from Irish Times Consumer Journalist Conor Pope. 11- 12pm We were joined in studio by Ri Sessions organiser Colm Weadick and finalist Lucas Furmanack ahead of the final in Arklow tomorrow night and we discussed the precendent set by the frapping court case and the new EU roaming rules with Independent Group Technnological Correspondent Adrian Wreckler.
