Friday 2nd May The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We were joined in studio by Mick Kelly, Wicklownews.net and Graham O’Neill, Wicklow Voice and we also caught up with Greystones Amateur Rower Scott Graham ahead of him joining 11 others from St Michael’s Rowing Club, Dun Laoghaire, and from the aid agency, GOAL, to take part in a biennial rowing race across the Irish Sea from Arklow to Aberystwyth, Wales. We got gardening plans and tasks from for the bank holiday weekend from Horticulturist Padraig Horkan. 11am –midday •We were joined in studio Science Journalist Sean Duke who talked about how a babys name can possibly determine a better life and the developments in stem cells for heart repair and Donnellies Chef joined us in studio with recipes ideas for bank holiday food. We were also joined in studio by Vet Pete Wedderburn and we were joined by Beth Nielson Chapman who performed live.

Thursday 1st May The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to Conor Faughnan, AA Roadwatch about the new legislation for mobile phone use in cars and we discussed the banking enquiry with Ind Deputy Stephen Donnelly. We also heard about dropping IPAD sales and a new phone manufactured in China that will compete with the top three samartphones for a fraction of the price from Tech Consultant Damien Mulley. 11am -midday •We were joined in studio by Niall Hatch, Birdwatch Ireland who talked about the dawn chorus walk taking place at 4.30am on Sunday 4th May in Powerscourt Gardens and we heard the latest on the flood relief scheme in Arklow from Ind Deputy Billy Timmons. We also found out the details to date on Gerry Adams and his arrest late last night from Independent Group, Political Correspondent Niall O’ Connor.

We also spoke to Paul Williams about the latest on Anglo trial and we met some of the people behind Gourmet Greystones which takes place this weekend.

We were also joined in studio by Laura Haugh, Mummypages.net who gave advice on teaching stranger danger to kids without scaring them and heard about the issues with internet explorer from Dermot Williams, Security expert from Threatscape. 11am -midday •We were joined in Local Photographer Michael Delahunty who talked about his book ‘This is Wicklow’ and we chatted to Avondale Community College student Daire Flood and his Teacher Brian Breen ahead of his trip to Heuston, Texas tomorrow to represent Ireland in a Science competition.
