Friday 21st March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We discussed the stories of the week in the County and todays newspapers with Graham O’ Neill, The Wicklow Voice and Mary Fogarty, The Bray People. We also heard reaction to Minister Varadkars comments on the on-going whistleblower story from Iirhs Independent Political Correspondent, Niall O’Connor and w we discussed the latest from the Malaysian flight that went missing a fortnight ago from Irish Airline Pilots Association Chairman Evan Cullen. 11am-midday •We spoke Technological Consultant, Damien Mulley about twitter turning 8 and we were joined in studio by Broadcaster Evelyn O’ Rourke who talked about her book, which tells the story of her discovering she had cancer while pregnant with her second child, Ross. We were also joined in studio by Irish born American based band Friends of Emmet who performed live on the day of the release of their new album and we discussed land prices in Wicklow with Irish Farmers Journal, Shirley Busteed.

Thursday 20th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We discussed the proposed ban on takeaways near schools with local GP Dr Ciara Kelly and we heard reaction to Man United win from Wicklow Manchester United fan club member, Tony Dunne. We were also joined in studio by Science Journalist Sean Duke who talked about the science of being funny and told us how your voice can betray your personality in a split second. 11am-midday •We spoke Erin Baumann, Lecturer in International relations and politics, UCD about the situation in Ukraine and we were also joined In studio by hypno-magician and mentalist Keith Barry who used our News Editor Gareth Farrell and East Coast DJ Ryan O’Neill as guinea pigs ahead of his Olympia tour beginning at April 1st.Vet Pete Wedderburn also joined us in studio to talk about dancing dogs.

We also heard practical tips for everything from the clothes, hairstyles and shoes to the party, photos and transport for communions from Mum in residence at www.mummypages.ie Laura Haugh. 11am-midday •We spoke to Genevieve Murray, Anti-bullying Centre in DCU about workplace bullyingm why people don’t report it and how to deal with it. We also heard more on the missing flight from IALPA Chairman Evan Cullen and discussed a possible levy on insurance for flood victims with Money Watchdog John Lowe. We were also joined in studioby Mary J Dinan and Ken Doyle to talk about travel book – The Global Suitcase, in which Ken Doyle is featured.
