Friday 7th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We talked to Shane Byrne ahead of tomorrows match and Brian O’ Driscolls last match in Ireland and we heard a review of the papers and the main stories from the County over the past week with Graham O’ Neill, Wicklow Voice and Mick Kelly, Wicklownews.net. We were also joined by Lisa Marie Berry, Producer of TV3 Documentary, Search for Justice- death in Bray which looks at the murder of Sebastien Crean and the subsequent death of Shane Clancy and is on TV3 at 9pm on Monday. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Film Producer, Robert Warpole who talked about his latest movie The Stag and we caught up with Eleanor McEvoy ahead of her gig in thre Mermaid tomorrow night. We also heard some tips on plans for St Patricks weekend from Holiday Doc Joe Supple.

Thursday 6th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard details on an alleged rape in Arklow and a fatal car accident that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on the N11 from Garda Declan Lynch and we also discussed the rise in Gas prices from Bord Gais with Simon Moynihan, Bonkers.ie. We also heard the science behind success from Science Journalist Sean Duke. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Ryan Dolan who performed live and we also heard why people need to at least half their intake of sugar from DIT Lecturer in Dietetics and Nutrition, Daniel McCartney. We were also joined in studio by Vet Pete Wedderburn who answered listener questions and the life of a pet rabbit.

Wednesday 5th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard about the abandonment of almost all of the one way system in Arklow from local Business people who were badly effected by the disruption and we also heard practical advice for National No Smoking day from Chris Macey, Advocacy Officer, Irish Heart Foundation. We also heard about a plan for a new branch of Samaritans in Arklow. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Consumer Expert Andrew McCann who talked about his book ‘Know Your Rights 2014 - Social Welfare, Health and Taxation’ and we also heard how too much protein can be nearly as much of a cancer risk as smoking from Science Journalist Sean Duke.

Tuesday 4th March The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard about the launch and line up for Groove Festival 2014 from PR & Marketing Manager Kathryn Mason and Direcotr of Weight Management Clinic, Prof Doanl O’ Shea gave his reaction to latest study on Obesity and weight problems amongst children and explained why measles vaccines may not work on obese children. We were also joined in studio by Mummy Pages Mum-in-residence Laura Haugh who gave practical advice and tips on dealing with fussy little eaters. 11am-midday •We heard tips on pancake making from Martello Chef Karl Clarke who was helping Bray Cancer Support host a fundraising pancake breakfast today and we heard about national tree Week from Powerscourt Head Gardener Michael Brennan. We also heard tips on saving for a summer holiday from Money Watchdog John Diskin.

The Morning Show with Declan Meehan Monday 3rd March 10- 11am •We spoke to Tom Brady, Security Editor, Irish Independent about the latest on the attempted murder of John Gilligan and we heard a review of the Oscars from East Coast Fm’s Laura Wood. We also paid tribute to Quit smoking campaigner and Greystones resident Gerry Collins who passed away after his battle with lung cancer over the weekend and we also heard how paracetemol may affect pregnancy from Local GP Dr Ernan Gallagher. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Stephen Kinsella, FSM Crossfit who busted common exercise myths and we returned to the Gilligan story with Crime Author and Journalist Paul Williams. We also heard how social media is used by teenagers in their day to day lives from local transition year student Ella Wedderburn.
