Friday 14th February The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard a review of the papers and big local stories from Mary Fogarty, Bray People and Mick Kelly, Wicklow news.net and we also checked in on weather and power around the County with our listeners. We also heard about the launch of Childhood Cancer Foundation taking place tomorrow in Russborough House, Co Wicklow from Local Mum Aoife Clarke, whose daughter Alice is currently fighting cancer and Holiday Doc Joe Supple gave some value sun breaks to cheer people up in that weather. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by The Nualas ahead of their Pavillion gig tomorrow night and we also heard why love can keep you healthy from Margaret Hawkins, Health correspondent with Country Living. We also discussed the proposed sweet ban at checkouts with Marian Faughnan, Nutritionist, Safefood.

Thursday 13th February The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard accounts of how the storm, power cuts and fallen trees had effected Wicklow from our listeners and we were joined in studio by Amanda Prowse who talked about leaving her job and selling her house to become an author at the age of 40 and the success of her new novel ‘What have I done’ 11am-midday •We were joined is studio by Science Journalist Sean Duke who talked about the science of Valentines day and we also joined by Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly who gave us Valentines cooking tips. We also heard about a worldwide campaign to eliminate rabies from Vet Pete Wedderburn and we also heard about the latest on the controversial one way system in Arklow and how its been affecting business.

We discussed our banking habits and heard about a price war with two of the big electricity providers from Money Doctor John Lowe. 11am-midday •We spoke to Mai Quaid, President of Wicklow Active Retirement Ireland talked to us about the launch of the Irish Pensioners Handbook and we also heard more on weather, this time in West Wicklow. We heard warning on romance fraud which spikes at this time of year, from local Seargant John Fitzpatrick and chatted to band Audio Fires.

We were also joined in studio by Relationship Counsellor and Twos company founder Jennifer Haskins, to hear some dating tips and practical romance advice. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Wicklow based Psychotherapist Richard Bury to discuss the difficulties of striking a good work life balance and Baskervilles singer Phelim Drew dropped in to perform live ahead of his Greystones gig in Dans this Friday. We were also joined in studio by Mrs. Browns Boys cast member Paddy Houlihan who plays Dermot Brown, Paddy talked about the UK & Irish success of the show, plans to tour Australia and the upcoming Mrs. Browns Boys Movie.

Monday 10th February The Morning Show with Shane Byrne 10- 11am •We were joined in studio by Philp Doyle, Irelands Women’s Rugby Head Coach who talked about his own teams recent success and of course our fantastic result at the weekends six nations match and we also heard nutrition tips and how to eat well on a budget from Nutritionist Oliver McCabe from Select Stores in Dalkey. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Voice of Ireland success and local singer Peter Whitford who told us his reaction to all four judges turning around and performed one of his own songs. We were also joined by Parenting Coach, Marian Byrne who gave her view on the ISPCC report on discipline and tips for creating boundaries for teenagers and Westend Superstar Rebecca Storm joined us ahead of her gig in Bord Gais Energy Theatre along with long-time friend Mary Lowe who talked about her organization C√≥rus and performing with Rebecca.
