We caught up with now Independent Deputy Billy Timmons about this weekends reform alliance RDS meeting and we heard about a helpful seminar for those looking for advice in business from Motivational Speaker and entrepreneur 11am-midday •We spoke to Crime journalist Paul Williams one year on from the murder of Garda Adrian Donohoe and Dr Eva Orsmonde joined us in studio as our Friday guest and with her new book and to talk about her career. We were also joined by Bray singer/songwriter and Shoos band member Scott Maher with his debut solo single.

We also returned to the latest on horse welfare in the County with Mick Kelly, Wicklownews.net and Ind Councillor Pat Kavanagh and we were joined in studio by Science Journalist, Sean Duke who talked about the science of sleep, why we need to and how much we should get. 11am-midday •We spoke to Veronica Guerin and Killinascully Actress Maria McDermott Roe about the closure of the pub that Killinascully was shot in and her upcoming appearance in Martin McDonaghs new Gaiety play “A Skull in Conemara” and we were joined in studio by Bernard Gibbons, Manager, Powerscourt Golf Club to hear about their recent award. We also spoke to bestselling author Deirdre Purcell who is the featured writer of tonights Play Next Door on RTE, some of which she set in Bray and Vet Pete Wedderburn dropped in to talk about arthritis in pets and answer listener questions.

We also heard the latest on Rehab from Sinn Fein TD Padraig MacLochlann and Journalist Barabra Scully gave her reaction to the latest CSO Research on Ireland that shows we live longer, have more babies and more like to divorce but are still one of the most expensive countries in Europe. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Sorcha Murphy, Escape Boutique who gave her views on red carpet fashion so far this year and we spoke to A&E Consultant Dr Chris Luke about the rise in overdose related deaths and the workload of young A&E trainee docs. We were also joined by online sensation NY based singer/songwriter Ron Pope who has received over 40 million youtube views for a chat and live performance.

Tuesday 22nd January The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to East Coast fm’s Ryan O’ Neill about meeting Garth Brooks following his announcement of July gigs yesterday and we talked to listener Paul Burke who saw Brooks play outside East Coast fm studios in 1997. We also discussed latest on CRC and Irish Water with FG Deputy and PAC member Simon Harris and Dr Brendan O’Shea, Lecturer in Trinity and Family GP talked about research that shows that GP’s are worried to weigh children. 11am-midday •We were joined in studio by Parenting Coach Marian Byrne who talked about keeping kids mentally healthy and we heard reaction to how the Hayley Cropper Corrie story was handled from our soap queen Anne Kennedy. We also discussed how to free yourself from the credit card trap and rising health insurance prices with Irish Independent, Personal Finance Editor, Charlie Weston and Cardiff music duo Zervas and Pepper.
