We heard about the value and details of the paintings stolen from a house in Donard last week from James O’Halloran, MD Adams Auctioneers and we spoke to Maureen Griffen, another Wicklow water campaigner ahead of this Saturdays national protest, this starting at County Buildings on Station Road at 12.30pm. We also spoke to Gerry Murphy, CEO National Transport Authority and Mark Gleeson, Rail Users Group about the price hikes in public transport fares and we spoke to Maureen Mulvhill, Head of Health Promotion at Irish Heart Foundation about the FAST campaign and World Stroke Day.

We spoke to Garda Declan Lynch about the art robbery in Donard and we were joined in studio by Greystones Man Joe Clifford who talked about running the marathon on Monday with his unique ‘running ‘ mate his brother Ciaran who has intellectual disabilities and he was joined by one of the people who helped make that possible Johnny Hayden. We were also joined in studio by Laura Haugh, Mum in residence at Mummy pages.net who gave us ideas and suggestions to keep the kids occupied during rainy day mid term break.
