Tuesday 27th May The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard reaction to the resignation of Eamon Gilmore as leader of the Labour Party from local Labour Deputy Anne Ferris and we also spoke to the Countys first two female Sinn Fein Councillors, Mary McDonald and Nicola Lawless about their successful campaigns and their plans for the County. We also spoke to Irish Independent Crime Reporter Paul Williams about the discovery of two bodies on an Island off Cavan. 11am -midday •We were joined by newly elected Independent Councillors Jennifer Whitmore and Brendan Thornhill and Money Watchdog John Diskin joined us in studio to talk about how Credit Unions may be soon taking on banks with the provision of Debit cards. We were also joined in studio by Wexford band Corner Boy and spoke to Lorraine Aspill from Daisy Cottage Farm in Wicklow talked about being shortlisted as having Irelands best scone.
