Friday 22nd November The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to Irish Independent Security Editor Tom Brady about the aggravated robbery in Killenaule and we had a paper review with Mary Fogarty, Bray People and Mick Kelly, Wicklownews.net. We also heard about the Christmas lights being switched on in Bray and Wicklow on Saturday. 11- 12am •We talked to Conor Faughnan about the planned changes to speed limits on Country roads and we spoke to Fr Brian D’arcy about his book ‘Food for the Soul. We were also joined in studio by Buffalo Sunn who performed live.

We also talked to Jean Kelly from Bray about being unislimmer of the year and her incredible weightloss of almost 7 stone and also Kathy Kinsella- Levick from Arklow talked about winning inspirational slimmer of the year when she was able to turn gastric band surgery down having lost over 9 stone. 11- 12am •We were joined in studio by Money Doctor John Lowe who talked about his latest book and potential extra costs on credit cards and we also met Patrick Ryan from Delgany Baker Firehouse and Food and Wine editor Miriam Atkins talked about bread making and this weekends Food and Wine show.

Tuesday 19th November The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to Monty Python fans about the return of some of award winning comedic team and we heard how there is too mych fluoride in the water in the Dail from Independent newspaper group Political Correspondent, Niall O’ Connor. We were also told about how cereal is better then protein for breakfast from Consultant Dietician and Clinical Nutrionist, Blackrock Clinic Dr Mary McCreery and we discussed the new plans for change to family law with Arklow based family law specialist Deirdre Burke. 11- 12am •We were joined in studio by Journalist Damien Corless who talked about his book – ‘It looks like rain, 9,000 years of Irish weather’ and we also had Bree Harris, Ken Doyle and Paul Fairclough in studio ahead of their fundraising gig in the Martello this Friday.

Monday 18th November The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to Bray author and cancer survivor Emma Hannigan about her positive outlook on her ninth diagnosis and the Irish Book festival and we also caught up with Dualta Roughneen from Plan Ireland in Manila about how things are there. We were also joined by laura Haugh, Mum-in-residence, from Mummypages.ie who gave advice on dealing with temper tantrums. 11- 12am •Former Rugby International Shane Byrne talked about the weekends rugby and Singer/Songwriter Ryan O’ Shaughnessy dropped in to perform live and talk about the Simple things album launch which is to raise awareness for the cycle for suicide.
