Friday 30th August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard review of the papers from Journalist and Tonight with Vincent Browne Producer Lisa Marie Berry and Bray People’s Mary Fogarty and we discussed the future of Springfield Cemetery possibly becoming a ‘lawn cemetery’. We also discussed bread and importance of carbohydrates with Consultant Dietician Dr Mary Mc Creery. 11am –midday •We were joined in studio by Crime journalist and Author Niamh O’ Connor who talked about her latest book “Blink”and Singer/Songwriter Sean Millar dropped in to perform his song reacting to recession commissioned by the Irish Times. We also heard tribute to Seamus Heaney from Wickow best selling Author Cathy Kelly.

Thursday 29th August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard reaction to last nights Celtic win from Mark Anderson, Arklow United FC who was at the match and whose team has a special partnership with Celtic FC. We were also joined in studio by John Hannigan, CEO Sunbeam House for an update on upcoming cuts they are being forced to impose and award winning Investigative Journalist Donal Mc Intyre talked to us ahead of his programme Print and Be Damned on TV3 tonight. 11am –midday •We were joined in studio by Chef Siobhan Donnelly who gave advice on back to school dinners and beginner tips for first time school leavers heading for college and Vet Pete Wederburn joined us to give pet care advice.

Wednesday 28th August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard practical advice on shopping smart, cooking clever and eating healthy on low income from Blackrock Clinic Clinical Nutritionist and Consultant Dietician Dr Mary Mc Creery and we heard about back to school wear for Mums from Sorcha Murphy, Escape Boutique. 11am –midday •We were joined in studio by Authors Sarah Webb and Declan Hughes who chatted about the Mountains to Sea Book Festival and we caught up with Mundy and Finabrr Fury who are battling it out with each of their singles for the last week of The Hit. Local Garda Sargent John Fitzpatrick also dropped in to give advice on safe school parking.

We also discussed Dyslexia and Dyspraxia with Tony Lee, Dyslexia Dublin. 11am –midday •We were joined in studio by Parenting Coach Marian Byrne who gave back to school tips and Honor Heffernan joined us to perform live ahead of her gig in Conary this Saturday. Veronica o’ Leary dropped in from Bray Cancer Support Centre to fill us in on their appeal to raise money for a vehicle.
