Friday 23rd August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard a review of the papers from Mick Kelly, Wicklow News.net and Mary Fogarty, Bray People. To celebrate National Potato Day we heard about their nutritional value from Gresytones Dietician Gillian McDonnell and Award winning blogger Aoife Cox of www.dailyspud.ie also spoke to us about the humble spud. We were joined in studio by Irish Times Journalist and Author Peter Murtagh who filled us in on Burnaby Heritage weekend which is taking place in Greystones all weekend for Heritage week. We also heard reaction to the new Batman from East Coast’s Movie man Paul O’ Connell.

Thursday 22nd August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard about the latest ATM Fraud from Una Dillon, Irish Payment Services Organsiation and we discussed possible cuts to services at Sunbeam House with MD John Hannigan and FG Deputy Simon Harris. We also heard an interview with Daniel Day Lewis on the future of the Wicklow Hospice Foundation. 11am -midday •We returned to the discussion on Sunbeamn House services with concerned Mum and listener Bernie, whose son attends Sunbeam House in Arklow and fears the potential impact a cut will have on her son and other service users and Chef Siobhan Donnelly dropped in to give tips to new College students who may be lacking in the cooking department. We heard pet care tips from Pete Wedderburn and Holiday Doctor Joe Supple gave advice on booking winter sunshine breaks now that our summer is almost over.

Wednesday 21st August 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard some of the speech made last night by Malala Yousafzai when she accepted the Tipperary International Peace Award and spoke to Mike Mansfield from Plan Ireland as Malala is supporting their because “I am a girl” campaign, by "raising her hand" for girls education and we also heard about more Garda cuts from Irish Independent Security Editor Tom Brady. East Coast Physio Avril Barrett told us why high heels are not always bad for your feet. 11am -midday •We discussed plans to modernise Irish Rail with PR Manager Barry Kenny and we heard about changes to property prices from Carol Tallon, Author of the Irish Property Buyers Handbook.

We were also joined in studio by Author Sarah Webb who talked us through the new Dubray Mad about Books guide to childrens books. 11am -midday •We were joined in studio by Mary Coughlan ahead of A Womans Heart 20th Anniversary Reunion gigs at the Olympia Theatre from August 28th and Aisling Graham from National Sealife Centre told us why we shouldn’t eat octopus.
