•Reporter with the Evening Herald Niall O Connor took us through this weeks stories as we took a look over the weeks papers and we got the latest from Met Eireann on what weather to expect for the weekend.

•We were joined in studio musician Francie Conway by and we found out about the different festivals taking place around the county, including the Airshow in Bray this Sunday, the Roundwood Street Festival plus the Seabreeze Festival in Arklow.

Wednesday 17th July 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We spoke to Martina Robinson in Thailand who told us her son Robbie who has been in a coma for the last fortnight, although critical can be flown home tomorrow and we heard why there has been such a drop in the population of bees from Dara Stanley, formerly of the school of natural sciences in Trinity College and now with University of London. We also discussed wind turbines with Kenneth Matthews, CEO Irish Wind Energy Association and concerned residents of Annacurra and Councillor Tom Fortune about their views. 11am -midday •We were joined in studio by Chef Siobhan Donnelly who gave tips on summer salads and we returned to the bee story with Wicklow bee breeder Tony Lyons. We also heard details of traffic restrictions for this weekend from Sergeant John Fitzpatrick.

We were also joined in studio by three of the people who ran 7 marathons in 7 days for the Wicklow Hospice Foundation. 11am -midday •We spoke to Con Quill, Irish Camping and Caravan Council about the seasonal rise in caravan parks across the country due to the good weather and we also heard about the wind down of the concerned citizens group in Wicklow town from Mick Kelly, Wicklownews.net.

We were also joined in studio by FAI CEO John Delaney who talked about the festival of football and the AGM coming to Arklow this weekend. 11am -midday •We spoke to Journalist Barbara Scully about this years summer reads and we were joined in studio by Emma Parkin, Editor of Easy Parenting who gave advice on keeping kids in a routine outside school and Dee Laffin, Editor of Easy Food gave tips on dealing with fussy eaters.
