Friday 18th January 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •Following the heavy flooding overnight we spoke to Jane Creegan, Iarnroid Eireann about the dart problems and Councillors from Wicklow Town, Kilmac and Rathdrum about how the County had been affected. We also spoke to HMV Manager Chris Kenna from the store in Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick about their sit-in and we disussed the future of retail with Retail Ireland, Director Stephen Lynam. 11- 12pm •We were joined in studio by Author, TV and radio broadcaster/producer David Malone who talked about his life and career in our Friday interview and we caught up with Bray singer Eoin Dixon who will be appearing in the weekends The Voice of Ireland Show. We also discussed pet care with Vet Pete Wedderburn and Former Rugby International Shane Byrne gave us his reaction to Brian O’ Driscoll not being named Captain.

Thursday 17th January 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •Following the discovery of horsemeat in certain burgers being sold in a number of supermarkets we heard about the making of burgers from Wicklow Butcher, Robert Cullen and heard about the expected weekend snow from Eoin Sherlock, Met Eireann. We also returned to the discussion of the Arklow Alps project with FG TD Billy Timmins, FF & FG Cllrs Pat Fitzgerald and Donal O’ Sullivan. 11- 12pm •We discussed if there is a ‘gay gene’ with Science Blogger Sean Duke and Christy O’ Connor Junior gave his reaction to Paul McGinley making history when he became the first Irish man to become Ryder Cup Captain.

Wednesday 16th January 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •Following the discovery of horsemeat in certain burgers being sold in a number of supermarkets we heard from Dr Wayne Anderson, Director of Food Science and Standards, Food Safety Authority of Ireland, FG Dpeuty Andrew Doyle and Matt Dempsey, CEO Irish Farmers Journal. We also discussed communion dresses with Arklow based bridal designer Marie McElerhon. 11- 12pm •We discussed the rise in rural burgalries with Irish Rural Link CEO, Seamus Boland and Grange Golf Club Captain gave us his reaction to Paul McGinley being named as the European Ryder Cup Captain.

We also discussed HMV & heard advice on what to do if you have vouchers from Dermott Jewell, Consumer Association of Ireland. 11- 12pm •We heard from Operation Transformation expert and Wicklow Resident, Dr Eva Orsmonde and Wicklow leader Brid Keogh about the progress so far and we discussed the future of the le touché hotel with Cllrs George Jones and Kathleen Kelleher and local GP & Greystyones resident Dr Ciara Kelly.

Monday 14th January 2013 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •We heard about the u-turn on planned cuts to funding for panic alarms for the elderly from Eamon Timmons, Age Action Ireland and Climatalogist and Professor John Sweeney talked about this years remarkably mild weather and expected cold snap and global climate change. We also heard some practical detox advice from Janette Dunne, Co-owner Renew Asthetic Clinic. 11- 12pm •We heard from Technological Consultant Damien Mulley about the latest gadgets and Arklow based solicitor and mediation coach Deirdre Burke dropped in to give tips on surviving divorce.
