We spoke to Siobhan Moore, Dublin Airport Authority about the comings and goings expected over the weekend and Dermot Goode of www.healthinsurancesavings.com talked to us about renewal. We also heard how to stay positive and keep others the same through the Christmas Period from Director of AWARE, Dr Harry Barry.
11- 12pm
•We heard about debt forgiveness from Independent Deputy Stephen Donnelly and we were joined in studio by Singer Rory Quinn forma chat and live performance. We also spoke to Astronomy Ireland’s David Moore about the Winter Sostice and not the end of the world.

We were joined in studio by local twins, Margaret and Ann Kennedy who talked about how they have been impacted by budget cuts, in particular the respite care grant and we discussed the end of the world with Ted Harisson, ‘Apocalypse expert’ and author of Apocalypse When – Why we want to believe there will be no tomorrow. We also spoke to Donnellies Chef, Siobhan Donnelly talked us through Christmas dinner.

•We were joined in studio by John Healy from TV’s the Restaurant who talked about his life and book ‘A perfect Heart’ and Vet Pete Wedderburn joined us to remind us why pets are not just for Christmas.

We also heard last minute shopping advice and why not to panic buy from Consumer Journalist Tina Leonard and An Post’s Anna Mc Hugh outlined how you can help your postman avoid hazards.

•We discussed manging with early sales with Escape Boutique’s Sorcha Murphy and Deputy Andrew Doyle talked about property tax. We also met Greystones Mum Nancy Falkow who talked about her single in aid of Jack and Jill Foundation, people can listen, download and donate at NancyFalkow.bandcamp.com

•We were joined in studio by Orla Sallley of Snugsborough Farm who talked turkeys and we caught up with award winning Wicklow Christmas tree grower Christy Kavanagh to talk trees. We also chatted to Wicklow Montessori students Cian O’ Reilly and Jesica Mc Henry about their novel experiment about teeth whitening ahead of the Intel Mini Scientists Exhibition and Independent Deputy Stephen Donnelly joined us to talk about budget cuts.
11- 12pm
We discussed the recent break-ins and heating fuel theft in the County with Listeners and Local Sergeant John Fitzpatrick and East Coast Physio Avril Barrett joined us to give advice on staying painfree over Christmas and avoiding repetitive strain injury caused by too many computer games.
