•We spoke to Dee Laffin, Editor Easy Food and Emma Parkin, Editor Easy Health about inactivity being as bad as smoking and we heard about this weekends air show from Summerfest organiser Mick Glynn and the Festina Lente Garden Party from Jill Carey.

11- 12pm
•We heard a review of the Dark Knight Rises from East Coast FM reporter Niamh Wade and we were joined in studio by Singer/songwriter and playwright Sean Millar. We also chatted to author and actress Claudia Carroll about her latest book “A very Accidental Love Story”.

•We spoke to Ann Conan, from Citizens Information Centre in Bray about means testing and Niamh Kelly from protest group against cuts to child benefit following the IMF putting pressure on the Government to means test children’s allowance payment. We also spoke to www.whatshewears.ie fashion blogger Annemarie Boyhan about meeting Victoria Beckham during her visit to Dublin yesterday and discussed plasma and flat screen TVs and how they have increased family time TV viewing with Dominic Smith of Dominic Smith Electrical.


11- 12pm
•Donnellies Chef Siobhan Donnelly talked to us about keeping kids occupied in the kitchen during the summer hols and we discussed free ipads for TD’s with FG Deputy Simon Harris and Labout TD Anne Ferris.

•We talked about the possibility of the NCT being introduced for every year and the drop in car sales with Suzanne Sheridan of the Society Irish Motoring Industry and the new peasants dropped in to perform live and talk about the American Rots Festival in Greystones on August 3rd – 6th.

•We spoke to music journalist Colm O’ Hare about being at every Irish Bruce Springsteen Concert ahead of tonights gig and we heard the good news of 25 new jobs for the County from Greg Darcy, Director of Bluebird Homecare Wicklow. We also spoke to Bray man Niall Sheehy about being in final ten contestants in ITV/TV3 talent show ‘Superstar’, details on how to help Niall stay in the show can be found on www.TV3.ie


11- 12pm
•We were joined instudio by musician Jim McKee who performed live and talked about having music in award winning film “Songs for Amy” and UCC Lecturer in Constitutional Law, Dr Conor O’ Mahoney told us why, in his opinion, the constitution is not an obstacle to legalising gay marriage. We also heard details of the student cost of living study 2012 from DIT –Campus Life Manager Brian Gormley and East Coast Physio Avril Barrett told us why so many people are not excercising properly.
