•We talked to Irish Independent Journalist Martina Devlin about the verdict of the Michael McAreavy trial and heard how the weather may look up over the weekend from John Eagleton of Met Eireann. We also heard a review of last night’s Paul Simon gig and details of various things going on around the county over the next couple of days.

11- 12pm

•We were joined in studio by Frank Comedy of Bray Comedy and Summerfest who talked about bringing comedy to the County and this weekends events at summerfest and we heard about an aggravated robbery in Wicklow last night from Garda Declan Lynch.

•We were joined in studio by blogger Barbara Scully, Practice PR’s Gillian Godsil and East Coast FM’S Anne Kennedy to chat about the phenomenon caused by best selling book Fifty Shades of Grey. We also discussed Minsiter Reilly’s situation and the future of the N11 with Wicklow FG Deputy Andrew Doyle and Lisa Collins, Advocacy and Policy Officer with the ISPCC gave her views on the controversial toddlers beauty pageant coming to Ireland later this year.

11- 12pm
•We heard optimistic tips for picnicking from Wicklow chef Siobhan Donnelly and Holiday Doc Joe Supple gave advice on holidays for one. We also heard details of and reaction to the latest developments with Greystones Harbour from Councillors Tom Fortune and Derek Mitchell.

•We spoke to Science Blogger Sean Duke ahead of the Euroscience Open Forum and Buyer Brokers Ltd’s Carol Tallen dropped in to talk about the latest distressed property auctions including the one where an entire housing estate is being started at €150,000. We also heard why 1 in 5 people are not availing of their free dental exam from Bray based Dentist Paul Murtagh.

11- 12pm

•We were joined in studio by conflict coach and mediator Fiona McAuslen who discussed the 40% jump in couples using mediation in place of divorce in the recent times and we discussed the ban on smokey coal with Wicklow Independent Councillor Pat Kavanagh. We were also joined in studio by Former RTE rugby commentator Fred Cogley who talked about his memoir “Voices form the Past”

•We spoke to Court Reporter Francesca Cumin following the life sentencing of Michael Dickenson in Wicklow for killing Steven O'Meara in Redcross, on or around August 6, 2009 and we also talked to obesity expert Professor Donal O’ Shea about a potential ‘flab jab’.

•We were joined in studio by best selling author Alex Barclay who chatted about her new book “Blood Loss” and we spoke to Stephen O’ Meara’s father John following that sentencing. We also discussed the importance of protecting your credit rating with Irish Times Pricewatcher Conor Pope.
