•We spoke to Fergal O’ Leary – Director of Research and Policy, National Consumer Agency about discount websites and we dicussed The Irish Daily Star Sports Editor Paul Lennon about new football technology getting the go-ahead, We were also joined by Holiday Doctor Joe Supple who gave tips on staycationing.

11- 12pm
•We spoke to Carol Tallon of Buyer Brokers Ltd from todays’ distressed property auction at the Shelbourne and we heard tips on some summer wines from Anne Marie Holland, Hollands of Bray. We also heard malware Monday explained by Technolgical Consultant, Damien Mulley.

We also heard how new meters could save you some cash from Dermot Nolan, Chairperson, Commission for Energy Regulation and Local Vet Andrew Byrne gave his view on the possible link between women who own cats and suicide.

•We were joined in studio by Science Blogger Sean Duke who talked about IVF and the discovery that women may be able to give birth into old age and local author Emma Hannigan also dropped in to chat about her latest book “Keeping Mum”

•We discussed expenses with Political Correspondent Padraig Gallagher and were joined in studio by Wicklow actor Pat Nolan who is running the marathon in aid of the Wicklow Hospice Foundation in October. We also heard the latest details on Ulster Bank’s ongoing issues.
