•We spoke to Wicklow paralympian Helen Kearney about winning her third medal and Tommy Tiernan talked about his upcoming tour of Wicklow and being a father of six. We also talked to one of the former employees and protestors from Target Express in Wexford currently taking part in their sit-in.

11- 12pm
•We heard reaction to the Governments U-Turn on the planned cuts to personal care assistants for people with disabilities from Ann Kennedy in Greystones who was at last nights overnight protest and wrote about her shoes for www.thejournal.ie today and Bray Arts Chairman Cearbhall O’Meadhra. We also spoke to Jared Browne about his book ‘A Football Life - Dunphy’
