Monday 24th September 2012 The Morning Show with Declan Meehan 10- 11am •Editor of www.sligotoday.ie, Ciaran McCarthy gave us the latest details on the horrific attack on Sligo man Eugene Gillespie and we returned to our on-going discussion regarding the St Vincents Bus Eireann stop with listener and bus user Maggi Lawlor who is running a public meeting in The Corkscrew Restaurant on McDermot Street in Gorey at 730pm tonight. We also discussed the rise in food prices with FG Deputy Andrew Doyle. 11- 12pm •Parenting Coach Marian Byrne joined us in studio to give advice on playdates and Author Monica McInerney dropped in to talk about her latest book ‘The House of Memories’. We also met recent National Skills competition winner , Vincet Harney from Dunlavin who is a self-employed car painter and caught up with Highland Radio, News Reporter, Donal Kavanagh ahead of tonights homecoming celebrations.
