How are you feeling with one week to go?
I cant believe I have only 1 week left, it has flown in! Its been great :)
What's your favourite exercise/class at the moment?
I must say that my favourite class was the Zumba and Boxcercise. I really enjoyed them, I also really like the treadmill.
Are you still sore and if yes, where?
No I cant say I'm sore anywhere in particular, my body has really come accustomed to the gym and I'm really enjoying it still.
What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?
My clothes sizes are going down. I have so much more energy than ever before and really enjoy playing with my nieces and being able to run around chasing them without being out of breath!
Have you been motivated this week?
Yes the motivation is still great and my trainer is very supportive.
Are you still missing certain foods?
No not missing anything, its amazing how your cravings and wants for different foods can change without you even thinking about it, if that makes any sense.
With just one week to go, do you feel confident of meeting your goal?
Yes, I'm really delighted about how I'm getting on, I will be near enough to my goal and I'm very proud of myself :)
Do you feel ready for taking on the final task of Bray Head!?
Bray Head is going to be tough but I'm going to give it a pre-run before the main event. I'm feeling slightly anxious but I know I can do it!
Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?
I found one or two weeks tougher than the others but I've kept going. My tip for listeners, and myself, would be if you fall off the wagon just jump back on as it will be totally worth it!
