Jenny's Week 7 Questionnaire

How are you feeling with one week to go?

Great can't believe I have stuck to it and enjoying to.

What's your favourite exercise/class at the moment?

Kettlebells and hopefully Bootcamp (yet to do that class).

Are you still sore and if yes, where?

Not really any more.

What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?

I have so much more energy and feel great.

Have you been motivated this week?


Are you still missing certain foods?

Nothing in particular.

With just one week to go, do you feel confident of meeting your goal?

I have already as I can now run on a treadmill.. hahaha!

Do you feel ready for taking on the final task of Bray Head!?

Yeah, I had a practice run the other day and it's not easy but sure it's a bit of

fun and we will feel great once we get to the top.
