How are you feeling with one week to go?
Sad, really going to miss this but I have to say I've never felt or looked better.
What's your favourite exercise/class at the moment?
Out door running and weight training.
Are you still sore and if yes, where?
Nowhere thank God. I'm well over the pain stage.
What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?
I now have muscle definition and my diet is now part of my every day routine so I will be keeping it up after the challenge.
Have you been motivated this week?
I don't get a chance to be unmotivated. Graham my trainer is a pain.. call, text, call, text he is never off the phone to me.
Are you still missing certain foods?
Not at this stage. Staying away from the wrong foods is part of my average day now.
With just one week to go, do you feel confident of meeting your goal?
Very, 2pounds to go.
Do you feel ready for taking on the final task of Bray Head!?

Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?
It's April now and people thinking of losing weight and toning up for their summer holidays should do this challenge. If they start next week they will complete the challenge by the end of May. The results I've seen have been beyond what I expected.
