Niamh's Week 5 Questionnaire

How was this week?

This week was good thanks, I did find the long weekend hard but got through it and soon got back on track both food wise and excercise wise.


How are you feeling, are you still enjoying it?

I'm feeling good, yes I'm enjoying it and I find im not panting or knackered tired after any of the workouts/classes. I'm feeling great :)


What's your favourite exercise at the moment?

I like the exercise bike but I'm getting used to the cross trainer as time goes by. I do enjoy the abs machines too.


Are you sore and if yes, where?

No, I'm not sore. My legs feel great and I really feel that I'm working them hard.


Are you still missing certain foods?

No, not missing any particular foods so I'm seeing that as a good and positive change in my lifestyle.


Are you finding it hard to stick with it?

I will admit somedays are definitly much harder than others but if you fall off the wagon lift yourself straight back up!!


What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?

The main changes would be that I have more energy. I sleeping better, clothes fitting so much better and people are noticing the change.


Do you still feel motivated?

Yes there is lots of motivation flying around in all directions!


Do you feel confident of meeting your goal?

I'm doing really well and every pound I lose is great. I'm not going to put myself under lots of pressure but if I keep going the way I'm going I'll be delighted with whatever outcome. The challenge has been a great platform and I'll be working hard even when its over :)


Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?

My tip is just like above if you fall off the wagon, just pick yourself up and keep working hard, you will feel great :)
