Niamh's Week 3 Questionnaire

Yes I feel I'm adjusting to the gym and diet plan well now, the more the weeks go by it feels like the norm to have a workout in the gym every evening and to have a set breakfast lunch and evening meal everyday, its not so alien anymore!


How did you get on this week?

I got on well this week, Im enjoying the classes with the group and getting to experience all the different classes, also getting to use all the machines in the gym like the abs machines and the rowing machines, which I did for the first time on Tuesday evening.

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?

I feel good this week, I'm enjoying it more as the weeks go by and feel more comfortable within the group as we are all getting on great and chatting about how its going for each other which is a great support to me and I'm sure everyone involved.


Are you sore and if so where?

No I cant say I'm sore anymore to be honest, I feel my legs are getting a great work out as they feel good after the gym sessions and it makes me feel good in myself as you feel you've worked hard.


What food do you miss most if any?

Not missing any food in particular but the other night all I wanted was a toasted cheese sandwich with some relish!! I went to bed after that craving lol!


Have you broken any/many rules?!

No I haven't broken any rules, I'm allowed have a treat once a week so if I want some chocolate I have a big cuppa and maltesers that night.


What has been the highlight of the week for you?

I've started jogging a little on the treadmill now and that’s big for me, now it’s a little jog not a massive sprint but every time I go to the gym I'm achieving something new whether its big or small!


Have you been motivated enough?

Yes I sure have, I got my new routine on sat that im working on now and the change is good, and meeting the group twice a week motivates me too.


Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners?

A tip would be to make sure you have stuff to snack on in between meals in case your peckish as if your hungry and you have nothing in that’s when ya start to freak out lol, also if your feeling really tired to even try get out for a little exercise, some days after work I really can be tired and last thing I want to do is go to the gym but afterwards im delighted that I went.
