Run 5K. Right after that I want u to do 100 reps of the following- kettle bells 1 arm swings(50 each arm), push ups, goblet squats, and sit ups. So, do 5 Rounds. -20swings(10each arm) 20push ups,20 goblet squats(dats holding kettlebell),20 sit ups. Do that. Rest 2 mins - 5 times! :-)
