Jenny's Week 5 Questionnaire

How was this week?

Great, back in the swing of it now.

How are you feeling, are you still enjoying it?

Yep, loving it at the moment can't belive the weeks are flying by.

What's your favourite exercise at the moment?

Circuit traning as it's doing something different every few minutes.

Are you sore and if yes, where?

Just the backs of my legs from the weights.

Are you still missing certain foods?

Not this week so hopefully I will feel the same at the weekend.

Are you finding it hard to stick with it?

No, this week has been much easier and I am feeling much better and have way more energy.

What are the main changes you've seen in yourself?

Well my clothes are a lot loser and I took another 10 minutes off a circut that I had done before, so my fitness levels have shot up.

Do you still feel motivated?


Do you feel confident of meeting your goal?

Even if I don't meet it in the next few weeks I am deffo going to stay healthy and exercise because you feel great and I dont want to go back to sitting on the couch doing nothing!!!

Have you any helpful tips for our listeners?

Remember, Rome wasnt built in a day! We will get there in the end, stick with it!
