Jenny's Week 3 Questionnaire

Now you're in week 3, has it gotten any easier?


At the end of week two I was delighted that I was no longer in pain and thought this is great!!! Until I was given new exercises to do and then I couldn’t even hold a pen the next day my arms were that sore.



How did you get on this week?


Did quite well at the start of the week and then got a bug so had to take it easy for a few days so a bit disappointed I missed out on group session.



Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?


Feeling a little bit better today so I am hoping that my energy levels will pick up and Ill get back into the swing of it ASAP again, cause missing a few days feels like starting all over again (dreading the pain factor).



Are you sore and if so where?


Just my shoulder blades and my arms



What food do you miss most if any?


Anything sweet finding it a bit hard to resist temptation.



Have you broken any/many rules?


Don’t ask (too many).



What has been the highlight of the week for you?


Well at the start of the week I was able to do so much more than I was doing on week 2 it’s a great feeling.



Have you been motivated enough?


NOT THIS WEEK



Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners?


Even when your not feeling great, try and stay on track and exercise. I am still not 100 % today but I am making myself head back to the gym as the longer I leave it the harder it will be to get back into it, and remember just keep telling yourself it will be all worth it in the end (I HOPE) HAHA!!
