Jenny's week 2 questionnaire

Has it got any easier now you're in week two?

Yeah, I'm in the swing of it now and nearly feel guilty if I eat something I shouldn't and then I am thinking how hard I would have to work in the gym to burn it off NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOMENT ON THE LIPS LIFE TIME ON THE HIPS

How did you get on this week?

Great, spinning was tough this week but really enjoying the class (Also borrowed a padded seat for the bike so made it a bit easier on the old buns). Great to see everyone and hear how they are getting on.

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?

Great, once I come out of the gym, it's always tougher going in but I am telling myself to just get on with it and do my best.

Are you sore and if so where?

My bum & tops of my legs. I could barley climb the stairs to bed the other night!!!

What food do you miss most if any?

I am craving sugary food more when I have exercised.

Have you broken any/many rules?

Yeah I had a little rice crispy cake on the weekend HOW BOLD AM I!!!!!! (SHAME ON ME)

What has been the highlight of the week for you?

I can’t believe that it's week two already and I have stuck to the diet (except for the CAKE) and am going to the gym. It’s a great feeling and I have loads more energy!!!

Have you been motivated enough?

Much more than last week and I know that I have more to give!! BRING IT ON

Any other information you think might be helpful to share with the listeners?

Once you get into the swing of it you will feel great and try and remember eating sweets & stuff is just a habit. When I feel like I want something nice to eat I try and do something to distract myself even if it is hovering because by the time that is done the craving is gone.
