Irene's Week 3 Questionnaire

Now you're in week 3, has it gotten any easier?

It has gotten much easier this week. I found that when I walked up the stairs to the gym I wasn't out of breath for the first time since this challenge started!

How did you get on this week?

I got on well, I am actually quite pleased with my progress. My trainer has told me that I am doing well so I am happy with myself!

Are you enjoying it? How do you feel?

I am still enjoying it, and I feel that I am becoming more and more fit and healthy as the weeks go on. My energy levels are higher than they have been for years.

Are you sore and if so where?

My thighs are still quite sore.

What food do you miss most, if any?

I am slowly getting used to my diet, so while I am still craving junk food, it is not as bad as it was in week one.

Have you broken any rules?

No I am being very good and not braking any rules.

What has been the highlight of the week so far?

Being told not to carry on with spin or abs classes! I broke my coccyx bone years ago and found that it was becoming very painful during these classes. For this reason, one of the trainers told me it is not a good idea to continue with these classes, as it might do more damage to the area.
I have other exercises to do during these times, but I'm secretly glad that I don't have to go through the torture that is spinning!

Have you been motivated enough?

Yes, and I put that down to my trainer, Amira, who has been really supportive and pushes me when I need it.

Any helpful information for our listeners?

I would like to tell people just to get up and give exercise a try. The hardest part really is the initial boost needed to start, it gets much easier once you have started, I promise!
